Hi, Our records indicate that the package was shipped early Friday morningThe customer ordered overnight delivery and we did deliver in time The tracking number shows a first scan of the package at 1:57pmThat does not indicate the pick up time from our warehouse The package should not have been opened, as everything we ship is brand new, factory sealed.The customer returned the package and a full refund has been issued to his credit cardWe did everything we needed to in order to fill this order accordingly

Dear *** We carry a variety of brand name products, some of which we are an Authorized Dealer for and some of which we are not an Authorized Dealer. We never stated that the *** Dis a USA model and that *** will service it for you for one yearWe do sell and extended
warranty that customer can purchase and the warranty company will service the camera for you. I apologize but there is nothing we can do at this point the order is over a year old and we cant take the item back or refund you the difference. Thank you Sally

Hi, As per the customer's request, we called to advise him that we rerouted the package back to our warehouse so that the customer will not have to go through the trouble of returning the package Once the customer explained his experience with the salesman, we agreed to price match
the camera at $and refund the difference to the customer's credit card. That is completeI explained to the customer that we will have to wait for the package to be returned to us before we can reship to him as *** will not intercept the package for the second time The customer had agreed to waitOur records indicate that we received the package back here, and rerouted it back to the customer. for what you guys had to go through.As Abe's of Maine promised you Joshua they billed the credit card ending in *** the amount of $and was shipped out for you yesterday ***.The TV is brand new never been opened by any one or shipped to anyoneWe upgraded the shipping for you guys to *** private truck and white glove deliveryOnce the television is in the Ohio area the trucking company will be calling your mom to set her up for an appointment for delivery.They will then bring the TV inside the house, open it for her, plug it in and turn it onShe will then inspect it to make sure the screen is not cracked.If god forbid the screen happens to be cracked then that’s something where we would like you guys to refuse shipment.Drivers will then pack the TV up and bring it back to usYou guys should not be worried since you are fully insured.At that point we will ship out a replacement for you at no additional cost or you can choose to ask for a full refund from us. I am rejecting this response because:I tried to cancel it onnhalf hour after ordeing itThe merchant wouldnt let meThen I get a box with a used camera and no paperwork or warranty as any new camera would haveThey have since refunded my order after nearly a month! So I reject them becayse they could have done better to serve me the customerTerrible business and I hope the Revdex.com can do something about it
