I am rejecting this response because:it misrepresents my position in this interaction with the businessI made it clear to that company in an email I sent last week to their sales team, on the 14th December, that I would not be doing ANY business with them, and that I would not be accepting ANY delivery from themWhy is that that today, five days later, (19th December 2017) they expect I still want they delivery? The company offered a discount on the items I purchased through their websiteAdditionally, they say they will review their website to ensure it accurately represents the products and pricing for those productsI am hopeful they will also review their business practices to prevent further misrepresentations and hold true to the Abe's of Maine Promise "...to provide the same personalized touch that we've provided in Maine more than years agoEvery customer will be served with personal and individualized attention and with as much sincerity as when we lived next door to them in Maine."

I am rejecting this response because:
Information in response is not accurate, contrary information provided by sales representative.I continue to be surprised by the poor quality of customer service from your company. Upon receiving your response, I called the number provided and spoke to a representative who verified that you do not have the product in stock, but indicated that you do indeed carry the USA version of the television, and that I would be able to get the same price as I was quoted on my original order back in January if I were to order the television when you receive more stock in February. When I asked for clarification about the previous information I had received, that "there is no way I would be able to find the TV for that low a price", and that is why it was the European model that was being sold to me, I was passed on to a manager.The manager (who did not provide his name), told me that there is no price for either version of the television until you have them in stock, "of course" there will be different prices for the European and US versions, and convirmed that there is no way to tell which version I am buying from the website. He offered that if I would like to attempt an order again in February, when there is more stock, he would be able to provide me with a price.The website continues to display the same information as it did earlier in the month, for the same price, despite not having it in stock and not knowing what price I might pay if I were to "Add to Cart" and purchase the product from your website. I was told that the website is "being updated", yet I am able to add the item to the cart and complete a checkout for a new order for this product for the advertised price
