Good afternoon The AC maintenance was performed on July 6, by our technician Chris At the time of the standard maintenance appointment, the pan was dry and the condensate line was cleared The Customer called on July 14th stating that water was leaking onto her hallway floorWe scheduled for Chris to return to the home that day July 14, where he found the secondary pan overflowing After further investigation Chris noted that the pan was lower than the drain line, pitched uphill and under the attic insulation The main drain wasn't draining due to poor install and un-level unit from the original installer many many years ago The customer recently purchased this home We are all about going the extra mile for our customers so we took care of the AC unit fixes at no charge and also had a dry waller come to the customers home to take care of the water damage Meanwhile the Customer was determined that our tech did something wrong(however he didn't) and contacted John and I in the office continuing to push wrongful blame on a condensate leak Her conversations were loud and the customer threatened many times that she was going to contact an attorney John offered and did have our drywaller go out to the home at no charge to fix her drywall and we did complete hundreds of dollars in ac repairs at zero cost to the customer Upon the completion of the drywall repairs ,the customer emailed us stating her paint color, and demanding that we return to touch up her wall I responded letting her know that we wouldn't be doing that She called in demanding that we come back to paint and refund her $tune up I let her know that we already did more than enough and denied her request She was overly rude and claimed she would see us in court! I truly do believe that we have been overly generous about the situation and I do not believe that any additional funds are warranted Sincerely Tonya K [redacted]

Great service I've been using AZ Dukes for years, and they always do a great job, and explain in real terms what went wrong and how they fixed it This time, we had an A/C unit out in the main part of the house indoor temp was at degrees and had risen degrees in an hour I called at 2pm, and Chris was there just before 4pm Within minutes we had cool air blowing again Thanks Chris and AZ Dukes -Eric

We recently installed the newest Trane XV units at our house with Dukes of Air, and every aspect of the process was great From John coming out and explaining all of our options through financing, to the installation and follow-up, everything was flawless The installation team of Freddy, Manny, Luis, and Beto were very polite, had meticulous work, and kept everything clean and tidy! Within just hours we had our entire old system removed and the new system installed - not a "three day job" as other company's quoted With Dukes Complete Customer Maintenance Plan included for the whole first year, we know we are in good hands! Now we are excited to not only have lower energy bills, but to have amazingly clean, cool, refreshing air!

I had this company to my home in April for a complete systems checkThe technician came, and spent about ten-minutes on my systemTold me everything was greatWithin a short period following this, my air conditioner began making strange noises upon startup Since I am not an AC technician, I did not know if this was or abnormalIt continued to get worse until May4, less than a month after my inspectionI immediately called the offices of Dukes and spoke to TanyaI explained the noise and said I was very worriedShows rude, and coarse and not customer friendly at allShe told me that I would need to pay an additional fee for them to come out and check my system, even though I had just had THEM check my system and paid them for doing soShe could not come for another five days, when the temps that day were slated to be degreesWTH? There's some great customer serviceRegardless she was so rude, and snotty I hung up on herShe continued to call me back and talk over me and so forth several times until I asked her to stop bc she was harassing me After three phone calls, she finally stoppedI called another AC company and they went out of their way to come THE SAME DAY and check my systemThey determined that the issue that was found, should have been detected by the previous technician from DUKESThat this issue is a standard part of any inspectionAnd that this issue does not break overnightHe could have easily seen that the blades had become detached from the wheel had he actually checked itI seriously doubt that in his 10-minutes "total system check" that this was even reviewedSo, that being said, if you as a company are called and a problem is brought to your attention, make it right, do the right thingThat would have been to not charge me AGAIN, not be ugly on the phone, not argue repeatedly with the customer, and certainly not make them wit five more days before returningI do NOT recommend this company on that basisLook at their reviewsThey have had issues with customers other than myself on other review sitesSounds like they are a little too big and have gotten away from doing the right thingThis is my honest opinion of my negative experience with this company

Very, very pleased with both our tech, Tom, and AZ Dukes of Air One of our systems went out Sunday evening It was late and with one working system, we opted to wait until the morning to call Got hold of the Dukes of Air at 7am and a schedule window from 10am - 12n Tom called in advance and showed up a few minutes early (imagine that!) He found the problem (faulty capacitor) and he checked our other system, which also had a flaky capacitor (not dead, but dying) I appreciated his explanation and thoroughness without being pushy It is awesome to find an HVAC company here where techs are NOT on commission and who, after years in business, have only Revdex.com complaint filed but hundreds of 'star' reviews I suggest you read the complaint and the response The way Dukes of Air handled that was above and beyond, which is exactly how I treat our customers I am truly delighted to find an HVAC company that is big enough to have the people and resources to support their customers yet small enough that the owners are actively involved Bottom line, we have happy A/C systems (and Dukes of Air has a new, delighted customer)

I called the Dukes of Air to come and do a regular yearly maintenance in my years old AC unit We never had any issue before cause the maintaince was done regularly Their technician came ..check the AC it last very short..went to the attic...came down and told me that everything is in perfect order After a couple days I came home with my baby in the arm and almost injured me and my baby by slipping on the tiles that was full of the water that was coming from the ceiling where the ac condensation line was So I called the Dukes right away and they were telling me that thats not their fault but they will send someone...so the same person came ...not being very polite...I went with him in the attic and the pan was overflowing..cause it was displaced and damaged We have a two inspections report from November 2016..and we never had any issues with condensation ...so he was saying that all system was installed improperly which he just couple days before didn't mentioned in his re

called Dukes to get a price and when they showed up tarr was professional from the start by putting booties on even though we had tile , so we proceeded to let him know what the issue was and right away he knew and went up and fixed the issue within a half hour Tarr made sure when done to check the return's to make sure they were working perfect even staying a little linger to ensure that we didn't have any more issues iwe are buying a new house and will make sure that if there ever arises a need to get sevice that we will call duke first as well as recomend this company to everyone and anyone that might ask Dukes is an outstanding company for the service they do and the personal that work for them

Kalem was very friendly and helpful and had our air conditioner working properly in no time I would definitely recommend them to others who have such a need

Have our AC replaced today and I have to tell you the whole experience with Dukes of Air has been great! From the time I first called them we felt like we were actually important to them, they call back quickly, sounds simple but I can tell you it’s not just try to call a few of the competitors and you will find out... Anyhow they came out and actually spent some time doing measurements taking photos and calculating the size AZ unit I really needed not just what they wanted to see us. Then they worked on our schedule for the installation, called when they were on their way, showed up when they said they would I could stop here but I won’t lol these guy did a fantastic job replacing the old unit, reworking some ductwork and wow were they fast. We planned for 6:00 am – 2:00 pm and they were done everything cleaned up and packed in the truck walked me through the new thermostat and all the other paperwork and it was on 11:30 am I will recommend these guys to everyone I know. They made a customer for life out of us for sure.

If you want peace of mind that someone is looking out for you while performing a service for you, you have to get a team that has professionals like Luis, Freddie, Danny, Manny, and Beto of AZ Dukes of AirI have never been more satisfied with the quality of work than today when these guys installed a complete HVAC system to replace a 24-year-old furnace and a 12-year-old condenser Robert B***, from AZ Dukes of Air, came to do the assessment and provide a quote on 8/11/He took his time to check and verify everything that would be needed and asked us for any additional needs that we may haveWe discussed adding another register in the kitchen and checked the issues with the two rooms where were not getting enough air flowHe assured us that the issues would be fixed by manipulating the exiting ducting when installing the new systemRobert set up an appointment for installation within three business daysThank you Robert for your great manners and impeccable professionalism On the day of the installation, as promised, I got a call from Luis at 5:am that they would be arriving at 5:30amLuis, Freddie, and Danny arrived at the promised time and they got to work right awayThe covered the entire floor area that they were going to walk on during the installation with blanketsThey carefully measured all the dimensions to make sure that the equipment would fit through while hauling it to the atticFreddie installed the condenser unit while Luis and Danny started working on the Furnace, Coil and air handler in the atticI went outside and found Freddie looking at the copper fittings from a distanceHe wanted to make sure they all look aesthetically pleasing That was impressive because one only does that when either doing work for oneself or taking great pride in the ones professionThank you Freddie for a job well done Luis and Danny worked nonstop in the heat of the atticThey even reattached the clothes dryer exhaust pipe that they noticed was loose in the atticThank you Luis and Danny for your kindness in taking the time to answer all of our questions Manny and Beto were working on another job elsewhereHowever, they came over to help Luis, Freddie, and DannyThat is a great example of team work where instead of taking a break, Manny and Beto came to help their team I am really very happy with the entire hour experience with these wonderful human beings who are extremely conscientious professionals, who take great pride in what they doTheir attention to detail was meticulous Last but not the least, I have been on a twice-a-year maintenance contract with AZ Dukes of Air since The office staff is extremely courteous and they send reminders for the six month maintenance through emails and follow up with phone calls [redacted] and ***, the owners, are very honest people to do business withThey care about their customers and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations Thank you AZ Dukes of Air for a job well done!

Just had ADoA replace both AC units on my homeOld units were years old and being held together with duct tape! ADoA was priced competitively (received quotes from other companies), on time and very professionalManny, Beto and Freddy were very knowledgeable, courteous and took care of businessAll the work looks good and the units are working greatI would strongly recommend you give them a shot at your business and, if you choose them, I am sure you will not be disappointed

I had an excellent experience with Dukes of Air Our air stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year When I called at 7am they said they would get someone out between 11- About five minutes later they called back to say they had freed someone up to be out to me within the hour It had been a tough, hot night and we were all cranky but their response time was amazing I can't say enough about Tarr He was quick, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough I will recommend them everytime Thanks!
