Rob of Arizona's Dukes of Air submitted a very competitive bid to replace an AC unit along with a furnace and coil The installers - Manny, Freddie, Luis, Beto and Danny - arrived ahead of schedule and promptly placed drop cloths for the traffic areas as well as for the work / staging area Each was friendly, courteous and professionalI never encountered a discouraging word or inappropriate language Their cleanup was superlative and the explanation of the new thermostat was exemplary Today was a positive experience I recommend Dukes of Air to either install a new unit or maintain and existing one
