Great service I've been using AZ Dukes for years, and they always do a great job, and explain in real terms what went wrong and how they fixed it
This time, we had an A/C unit out in the main part of the house indoor temp was at degrees and had risen degrees in an hour
I called at 2pm, and Chris was there just before 4pm Within minutes we had cool air blowing again

Our Dukes of Air Technician came out to do an expensive cleaning on our unit at the recommendation of another companyWhile he was here, he looked over the unit and told us that it didn’t need the cleaningWe had him do a thorough inspection of the unit anyways and he saved us a ton of moneyVery thankful for his honestyWill definitely use this company again!

I called SRP for an air conditioner check up and selected Arizona's Dukes of Air from their listI was familiar with the name of the company but nothing else Tom B., service technician, came to do the service He was courteous, helpful, and very knowledge He did the service, made recommendations, and answered all my questions I was very satisfied with this company

Todd came by for a routine service of our system; he discovered a heater vent that he thought should be reconfigured a better way and did so at no cost to us We would have never known this as the vent is out of sight in the attic Todd could have just said all was fine and left but he was looking out for our safety first and foremost Honesty, integrity, great work and reasonably priced...what more could you want Thanks Todd!!

We knew at the end of last summer that our A/C units would probably not make it through another long AZ summer My husband and I did research over the winter so we could replace our aging A/C units before the long, hot summer set in We are very glad we chose to go with AZ Dukes of Air!!! Our new units and new wifi thermostats were installed yesterday, and we are happy not only with the equipment, but with the amazing crew that AZ Dukes of Air sent to our house! Manny, Luis, Freddie, Beto and Danny were amazing and a pleasure to work with! They were on time, professional, very clean and worked hard to get our new system up and running! Kalem B., Duke's Tech, inspected all my a/c components He Made a couple little modifcations to improve efficiency He answered all my questions, explained all facets ot their Maintenance plans He seemed extremely knowledgeable about his products and was a complete gentleman while he was at my home I had been a builder and I know an employee like Kalem is a great assest Even though this was The Dukes first to my home, I would definitely refer to other people Thanks for the quick and efficient service

I called the Dukes of Air to come and do a regular yearly maintenance in my years old AC unit We never had any issue before cause the maintaince was done regularly
Their technician came ..check the AC it last very short..went to the attic...came down and told me that everything is in perfect order
After a couple days I came home with my baby in the arm and almost injured me and my baby by slipping on the tiles that was full of the water that was coming from the ceiling where the ac condensation line was

I was impressed by Arizona Duke's of Air positive reviews and was pleasantly surprised when an actual person answered my late Saturday afternoon phone call to request a bid They followed up exactly as promised - Rob came out to inspect and quote replacement of my old A/C Heat Pump, measuring and calculating, even crawling in my narrow attic access point to check everything out
From start to finish, Duke's did everything as promised - removal, install and clean up, all in a single day Freddie, Manny, Luis, Beto, and Danny worked together to bring this off without a hitch and I couldn't be happier with the job Rob returned after the installation to inspect everything was done right They didn't scrimp and they didn't gouge, just delivered as promised Very honest and hard-working I highly recommend them

I had an AC failure in the middle of summer I called several repair shops but Dukes of Air was the quickest to respond and very pleasant on the phoneThey were able to schedule a tech to be at my house within the hour The tech was also friendly when he arrived He was able to identify the problem right away and had it completely repaired within a couple of hours He was knowledgeable, demonstrated high integrity, and even cleaned up everything after he was finished I will use Dukes of Air for all my AC needs going forward I highly recommend them

We've a Trane unit replaced on Decand our experience of the services provided by the team led by Manny with Luis, Beto and Freddy was superb
They showed up on time as scheduled and completed the project on budget
And the work performed was excellent It is a fine company to deal with
