I had this company to my home in April for a complete systems checkThe technician came, and spent about ten-minutes on my systemTold me everything was greatWithin a short period following this, my air conditioner began making strange noises upon startup Since I am not an AC technician, I did not know if this was or abnormalIt continued to get worse until May4, less than a month after my inspectionI immediately called the offices of Dukes and spoke to TanyaI explained the noise and said I was very worriedShows rude, and coarse and not customer friendly at allShe told me that I would need to pay an additional fee for them to come out and check my system, even though I had just had THEM check my system and paid them for doing soShe could not come for another five days, when the temps that day were slated to be degreesWTH? There's some great customer serviceRegardless she was so rude, and snotty I hung up on herShe continued to call me back and talk over me and so forth several times until I asked her to stop bc she was harassing me
After three phone calls, she finally stoppedI called another AC company and they went out of their way to come THE SAME DAY and check my systemThey determined that the issue that was found, should have been detected by the previous technician from DUKESThat this issue is a standard part of any inspectionAnd that this issue does not break overnightHe could have easily seen that the blades had become detached from the wheel had he actually checked itI seriously doubt that in his 10-minutes "total system check" that this was even reviewedSo, that being said, if you as a company are called and a problem is brought to your attention, make it right, do the right thingThat would have been to not charge me AGAIN, not be ugly on the phone, not argue repeatedly with the customer, and certainly not make them wit five more days before returningI do NOT recommend this company on that basisLook at their reviewsThey have had issues with customers other than myself on other review sitesSounds like they are a little too big and have gotten away from doing the right thingThis is my honest opinion of my negative experience with this company

The tech was fast and courteousDid a great job and didn’t try to sell me anything we didn’t need

Professional, friendly, informative, thorough, understanding, and supportive from the first and last calls with Christy, the appraisal by Dustin, and the fantastic installation crew of Manny, Luis, Freddy, and BetoAmazing job everyoneThe crew showed up 1/early and had the entire job (rip-out of old unit and installation of new unit) in hours!!!! I would highly recommend Dukes of Air to anyoneNow I can finally breathe and relax that I don't have to worry anymore about not having A/C in Arizona in the summer !! Thank you everyone!! :)

I used Dukes of Air for annual maintenance for the first timeAnthony, the technician, was very thorough and took his time to do a good job He explained some items that could use attention but was not pushy He did a good job of explaining everything he was doing Based on this experience I would recommend using them

Attn Revdex.com- I am happy to refund the $maintenance expense to MsM*** and I have expressed below how our company has already given 110% to M*** Preventative Maintenance allows for a system to be checked out and cleaned up When we complete this maintenance we clear the condensate lines however there is NEVER a Guarantee or warrantee that they won't clog again Ms Maya reached out to us on the 21st (days after her maintenance) and noted that she had a water leak We got a tech back to her home that day (during the heat of summer) and waived the $service The repairs we completed that day totaled at least $and would not have been something we would have seen or addressed during preventative maintenance since the secondary pan was dry We did try to take care of Maya by fixing the leak and even hired a dry waller to fix the drywall costing us $however there has to be a limit in what is covered and Maya needs to take responsibility for her home Maya did threaten to contact an attorney and see us in court When a customer does this then our conversation has to end

Dukes of Air really is a wonderful company - they are honest, on time and incredibly professional

We recently installed the newest Trane XV units at our house with Dukes of Air, and every aspect of the process was great From John coming out and explaining all of our options through financing, to the installation and follow-up, everything was flawless
The installation team of Freddy, Manny, Luis, and Beto were very polite, had meticulous work, and kept everything clean and tidy! Within just hours we had our entire old system removed and the new system installed - not a "three day job" as other company's quoted
With Dukes Complete Customer Maintenance Plan included for the whole first year, we know we are in good hands! Now we are excited to not only have lower energy bills, but to have amazingly clean, cool, refreshing air!

Tech came for winter inspection on Tuesday, realizing the refrigerant leak from the summer was not fully repaired by "fix-a-flat."
On Friday tech came back with partner to replace coils, it took them about the whole day to get it up and runningThe heat was back on and they even offered to vacuum the floorGreat service with great guys!
Let's hope the next inspection will be an A for the unit!

Dukes of air did a fanstastic job repairing our AC this week We were out of town in spain for weeks and came home to a broken AC They sent out a technician right away, around our schedule, to fix it We were up and running in under minutes
I would recommend them to anyone in the valley needing AC work done or to get a quote They don't haggle and charge flat rate prices depending on the part that fails on the unit!

Our A/C shutdown on the hottest day in July, we made contact with Dukes management and a quick appointment was set up for the same day Their service person Tom showed up before the scheduled time and within less than an hour he found and fixed the problemTo my surprise the final charge was well below what I had expectedVery pleased Definitely a star company
