Arizona's Dukes of Air

My wife called me to let me know that our AC was not blowing cold and the house was heating up (it was summer in Phoenix)I was tied up so I asked her to call Arizona Dukes of Air (where we have a service contract) and not only did they immediately send someone out, but thankfully it was a minor issue and we had cold air blowing again in less than two hours from the time my wife calledAmazing service from an amazing company!

Jerry was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeableThis company promptly responded to my emailsUnfortunately, my schedule and their schedule did not work and we chose to go with another company because of our time scheduleHowever, I would certainly consider using this company in the future

I can't say enough great things about AZ Dukes of AirOur year old units broke down Monday during the degree heat*** came out immediately for an estimate and put on booties over his shoesNot one other salesman or AC company has ever done thatHe also explained everything in detail and wasn't pushy whatsoeverWe ended up getting a ton and a ton Trane installed FridayThey also setup portable AC units to keep us alive during this heat wave! The installers that came out were ***, ***, ***, ***, an* ***Every single one of them couldn't have been any nicer and truly worked their butts off in the heat to get it done right for meThey explained everything they were doing along the way and also made sure to clean up their messThey even put down sheets where they were walkingThis is something I have never experienced with an AC companyThe money we spent on our units was also considerably less than any other company for the exact same unitsIf you need any A/C needs at all, call Dukes of AirYou will not be disappointed!

Very goodHe was quick to diagnose the problem and chose the best solution, a better model part, rather than just replace the faulty part with the same model that would also fail again quicklyHe also double checked the system for other potential problems, none found, to avoid a 2nd service call and the additional charge that would come

Good afternoon The AC maintenance was performed on July 6, by our technician Chris At the time of the standard maintenance appointment, the pan was dry and the condensate line was cleared The Customer called on July 14th stating that water was leaking onto her hallway
floorWe scheduled for Chris to return to the home that day July 14, where he found the secondary pan overflowing After further investigation Chris noted that the pan was lower than the drain line, pitched uphill and under the attic insulation The main drain wasn't draining due to poor install and un-level unit from the original installer many many years ago The customer recently purchased this home We are all about going the extra mile for our customers so we took care of the AC unit fixes at no charge and also had a dry waller come to the customers home to take care of the water damage Meanwhile the Customer was determined that our tech did something wrong(however he didn't) and contacted John and I in the office continuing to push wrongful blame on a condensate leak Her conversations were loud and the customer threatened many times that she was going to contact an attorney John offered and did have our drywaller go out to the home at no charge to fix her drywall and we did complete hundreds of dollars in ac repairs at zero cost to the customer Upon the completion of the drywall repairs ,the customer emailed us stating her paint color, and demanding that we return to touch up her wall I responded letting her know that we wouldn't be doing that She called in demanding that we come back to paint and refund her $tune up I let her know that we already did more than enough and denied her request She was overly rude and claimed she would see us in court! I truly do believe that we have been overly generous about the situation and I do not believe that any additional funds are warranted Sincerely Tonya K***

After losing my AC at 7:00pm on a Friday night in August, I called Dukes of Air at 7:05am SaturdayI got a return call in mins and had Anthony scheduled to come out between 9-that morningHe called to say he was on his way at 9:and he arrived at about 9:He asked what was happening and I described what I heard the unit doingHe knew right away what the problem was (bad Capacitor) and he replaced it and had cold air blowing again within about minsHe was friendly and professionalI truly appreciated this company’s quick and effective response
