The great thing about the unit I got from Armorax is that it's compatible with many productsOther systems limit you to just a few brands

I appreciate that their plan has everything - security and home automationThe one price for everything concept is great!

Impressed with the service these guys provided right from when I placed the order to the post-purchase supportTheir hour chat feature comes in really handy and it brings me great peace knowing someone is always available to help

I have some mixed feelings about the year contract but I guess I couldn't get the equipment free if it weren't for the contractI'd have to spend $500/$on just the GCpanel and then buy sensors on top of thatSo having said that I guess the long contract isn't that bad after all even though it is a long commitment

Great customer serviceThe customer service agents even helped me set up sensors I bought off [redacted] ! They're always available 24/on chat to offer supportEven if sometimes they're not able to help on the spot, they get back pretty quick via email with a solution

The people at Armorax helped me put together a system fit for my homeThey didn't try to upsell me or suggest products I didn't needIn fact they went the extra mile and suggested cheaper alternativesThey were very helpful and worked with my budget

The contract didn't throw me off at all because the product is so great it's worth signing the contract forNobody else is giving the new 2GIG GCcontrol panel for free

I was told that shipping takes 2-business days but it took longer - about a week in my caseApparently there was an issue with the [redacted] serviceBut even then I should have received it within the day mark

Even though the Blackbox is a DIY security system, I really like the fact that Armorax offers professional monitoring along with it's self-monitoring optionA lot of DIY security systems can only be self-monitored, so they're not really professional systems

Nobody else was as quick as Armorax to update from the older GCThese guys rolled out the GCcontrol panel as part of their Blackbox package the moment it was released! So glad I found these guys

No high-pressure sales tactics - I really appreciate that! They weren't in-your-face and didn't try to upsell me or sell me sensors I didn't needI'm satisfied

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I contacted [redacted] and they have informed me that they let your company know that it was missing even though they said it was delivered and they told me that they were unable to confirmI never received the package in my hands otherwise there would not be a need to contact you through Revdex.comI have contacted my bank already and if need be I will need to seek legal advise as well of making complaints to the Department of Consumer affairs and the Department of Justice .The question I mainly have is how am I obligated to pay the $if I did not physically receive the package? I was impressed to receive my system on time during the holiday season when shipping/delivery delays are expectedI wanted to get my system setup before Christmas and I was able to get a hold of someone from Armorax on Christmas Eve who assisted me through the entire process

I received the Blackbox just days after I ordered itI was pretty impressed with the quick delivery

I'm really liking the appI've set up so many neat schedules/combinations that I barely ever need to lift a finger to do anything anymoreI can just switch the lights ON/OFF with a single tap on my phone!

The GCcontrol panel is great and possibly the best panel on the market because it's new and extremely expandableI was so happy to find that Armorax was offering it as part of the Blackbox otherwise I planned on buying it online at full priceI saved quite a bit

The biggest problem I have with companies is that they never get back to you on time but that isn't the case with ArmoraxMy emails have always been answered within 24-hours which is perfectly acceptable
