Normally when you have some sort of new service put in like cable or internet, it usually takes a while for it all to get setupBut with Armorax it wasn't such a stretchI got my system days after placing the order and it was all setup within the hour

I've pestered tech numerous times about adding more sensors but they've been really patient with me no matter how many questions I ask (and I ask a lot of questions!)

The customer service agents have always been very friendly and helpful each time I've chatted with them and they've always resolved my issues in a timely manner

Had some trouble setting up the camera initially but it's fine because they sent me a new oneIt was just a little inconvenient to go through the hassle of sending it back and then waiting for the new one but at least return shipping was covered

Simple setup, quick delivery and great customer service - pretty much sums up my experience with Armorax!

I wish they had shorter term contracts but they only have a year contract or no contract at allA shorter term contract is good because it gets you the discount on the equipment whereas the no contract option has you paying full price for the equipment I had no choice but to go with the no contract option and pay the full price since I wasn't willing to sign up for years

Fairly new and small but that's great for the customers because that means we get extra attention and aren't neglected like at bigger companies where you can't easily get hold of anyone but a bot over the phone

This is by far the simplest DIY security system I've heard offI didn't even have to program in the sensorsI just called Armorax and they did it for me

I was really impressed with how quick and easy it was to get started. I received the Blackbox 2 days after placing my order. Loved the fact that the door sensors were already programmed. So basically I just had to call in to change the names but otherwise the system was ready to be installed when it came in the mail. I just stuck the sensors on the doors and windows and put the control panel on a countertop and I was done. Quick and painless just as promised!

Extremely helpful and patient online representatives. 24 hour support is great and not many companies offer that.

Really liked that Armorax took into account all my requests and gave me the best deal they could give.

Getting my home security system set up was much quicker than I had anticipated. I got my system like 2 days after I placed my order and installation was simple as advertised. The entire process from start to finish was pretty quick and painless.

Armorax was one of the first ones to introduce the [redacted] as part of their package and the best part was that they didn't even charge an upgrade fee. All Blackboxes come with a [redacted]. I'm impressed!

Good customer service really makes or breaks the overall way you feel about a company but my experience with Armorax has been nothing short of fantastic. Their customer service agents really step in any time I've required any assistance.

Found Armorax by chance through online research and I must say I'm so glad I did! I had read some great reviews on their Blackbox package and how easy it was to use and it's true. It's extremely user-friendly! I was afraid it was going to be complicated.

I was really pleased with the level of support I received. The agent stayed with me on the phone throughout as I installed my system.

The GC3 control panel is great and possibly the best panel on the market because it's new and extremely expandable. I was so happy to find that Armorax was offering it as part of the Blackbox otherwise I planned on buying it online at full price. I saved quite a bit.

I didn't want to get locked into a contract and I was thrilled to get a discount on the monitoring price payable on a month to month basis. The price of the Blackbox package even without the contract wasn't that steep either so all in all I managed to keep within my strict budget.

Very responsive to emails and calls. I get very annoyed when I'm made to wait to receive answers to my questions.

The people at Armorax helped me put together a system fit for my home. They didn't try to upsell me or suggest products I didn't need. In fact they went the extra mile and suggested cheaper alternatives. They were very helpful and worked with my budget.
