Impressed with the service these guys provided right from when I placed the order to the post-purchase support. Their 24 hour chat feature comes in really handy and it brings me great peace knowing someone is always available to help.

I was impressed to receive my system on time during the holiday season when shipping/delivery delays are expected. I wanted to get my system setup before Christmas and I was able to get a hold of someone from Armorax on Christmas Eve who assisted me through the entire process.

My friend recommended Armorax and they're just as good as he said they were. Their prices are really competitive and I believe I paid a great price for the equipment I received - it was all top of the line and the most up-to-date version.

I appreciate that their plan has everything - security and home automation. The one price for everything concept is great!

The staff is very friendly. They were so patient with me asking so many questions. They told me exactly what I needed and even told me what was unnecessary. They didn't try to upsell me.

The GC3 control panel doesn't work with WIFi yet. I believe the firmware update comes out in August and the wait isn't such a big deal but I really wish I had access to all the features now.

Great customer service. The customer service agents even helped me set up sensors I bought off [redacted]! They're always available 24/7 on chat to offer support. Even if sometimes they're not able to help on the spot, they get back pretty quick via email with a solution.

I have the self-monitoring plan and I'm really enjoying being able to do so much with the push of a button. I wasn't even aware so much could be controlled via cell phone!

I'm really liking the app. I've set up so many neat schedules/combinations that I barely ever need to lift a finger to do anything anymore. I can just switch the lights ON/OFF with a single tap on my phone!

Armorax is the only company to offer [redacted]'s self-monitoring completely separate from professional monitoring, which is great because that's all I was looking for and so I didn't have to pay for professional monitoring.
