Fantastic customer support!

The contract didn't throw me off at all because the product is so great it's worth signing the contract for. Nobody else is giving the new 2GIG GC3 control panel for free.

The thing I like about Armorax is that they're quick to add the latest compatible gadgets to their store. So whenever something new that I want to connect to my system becomes available on the market, I can count on Armorax having it.

Armorax has superior quality equipment for a great price and I got a huge discount for signing an agreement. I'm having a great time expanding my system since they're constantly adding the latest equipment to their store.

I received the Blackbox just 2 days after I ordered it. I was pretty impressed with the quick delivery.

I have some mixed feelings about the 4 year contract but I guess I couldn't get the equipment free if it weren't for the contract. I'd have to spend $500/$600 on just the GC3 panel and then buy sensors on top of that. So having said that I guess the long contract isn't that bad after all even though it is a long commitment.

The cost of the system without any contract was too high for me so I had no choice but to sign a contract in order to get a discount.

No high-pressure sales tactics - I really appreciate that! They weren't in-your-face and didn't try to upsell me or sell me sensors I didn't need. I'm satisfied.

This is hands down the best security company I've been with! The system is extremely easy to use and I love how versatile it is and how I'm able to do so much with the phone app.

I was a first time homeowner and buyer of a home security system. The Armorax customer service agents patiently answered all of the questions I had and I had many!! I made the right decision - five stars!

The self monitoring plan is amazing and totally worth its cost. The companies that don't charge you to self monitor have such basic systems in place. Armorax's smartphone app has so much to it!

I like that Armorax keeps adding new compatible products to its store.

The self-monitoring features are great, I learn something new everyday. There's so much the mobile app lets me do to control the system.

The biggest problem I have with companies is that they never get back to you on time but that isn't the case with Armorax. My emails have always been answered within 24-48 hours which is perfectly acceptable.

It's amazing how Armorax offers lifetime warranty on their equipment. Not a lot of companies do that and if they do they make you purchase the warranty.

I got the new 2GIG GC3 control panel with the Blackbox and it's great! Armorax was one of the first few to offer the panel. That just tells me they keep up with what's on the market.

Best security company on the block! Fairly new but definitely proved itself.
