I am rejecting this response because: I contacted [redacted] and they have informed me that they let your company know that it was missing even though they said it was delivered and they told me that they were unable to confirm. I never received the package in my hands otherwise there would not be a need to contact you through Revdex.com. I have contacted my bank already and if need be I will need to seek legal advise as well of making complaints to the Department of Consumer affairs and the Department of Justice .The question I mainly have is how am I obligated to pay the $600 if I did not physically receive the package?

Great customer service. Every time I called in someone was always available to help. Their responses to my emails have been really quick too. A number of times the customer care rep even remembered my name!

I'm so pleased I chose Armorax. I bought all the equipment upfront and got a fantastic price on the professional monitoring plan. There was no need to look elsewhere for a cheaper plan. Best part was I got the GC3 control panel and so far I'm really enjoying the system!

I thought the Cover plan was a great bargain since it got me professional monitoring at a reasonable rate. The Blackbox was also discounted and came with the GC3 control panel so I personally think I got a good deal I couldn't have gotten anywhere else.

Armorax's great reviews were what led me to them in the first place. Their promise of the system being an easy setup held up and all of the sensors were indeed pre-programmed into the system when I received it. Everything's been going smooth so far.

I had no issue installing the equipment and it is indeed cutting edge. The panel is really intuitive and user-friendly. I haven't run into any complications with it yet!

I was told that shipping takes 2-3 business days but it took longer - about a week in my case. Apparently there was an issue with the [redacted] service. But even then I should have received it within the 3 day mark.

Fairly new but promising. Throughly satisfied with my experience so far.

The great thing about the unit I got from Armorax is that it's compatible with many products. Other systems limit you to just a few brands.

The security system was easy to use just as advertised. The app offers a lot of control over functions and the alerts are really helpful!

The support people are really flexible and helpful. Two thumbs up!!

The smartphone app is so easy to use. Ever since I set schedules my life has become so simple. I'm saving on the electric bill too so I'm not complaining.

Nobody else was as quick as Armorax to update from the older GC2. These guys rolled out the GC3 control panel as part of their Blackbox package the moment it was released! So glad I found these guys.

I found their plans to be very affordable. Professional monitoring for $20/month is fantastic!

Love the fact that they provide Alarm.com self monitoring on its own. No other company does!

Armorax provides really good support. I had a small issue with one of my door sensors and they immediately sent me a replacement one.

Even though the Blackbox is a DIY security system, I really like the fact that Armorax offers professional monitoring along with it's self-monitoring option. A lot of DIY security systems can only be self-monitored, so they're not really professional systems.

Armorax has done a great job simplifying the installation process. Their system is truly plug and play in nature since all the sensors in the Blackbox were already pre-programmed into the system.

Armorax has fantastic pricing for the newest equipment. They put together a great deal for me. I'm super impressed!
