I came to Armorax thinking they were like ADT and sent someone to install the system but it was only later on in my conservation with the Armorax rep (like after I placed my order) that I found out that it was self-installI was a little nervous but the rep assured me that installation was easy and it wasThe sensors were pre-programmed, all I had to do was call in to get them named to what I wanted them to beI didn't have to mount the control panel because they sent a stand for it and the sensors were peel and stickThe system is really user-friendly too
I anticipated the Blackbox being difficult to set up because in my past experience DIY systems haven't been as DIY-friendly as companies claimI didn't have to connect any of the sensors since they came pre-programmed and even when I bought some additional sensors later, all I had to do was provide the TXID numbers and the reps would take care of the restArmorax has really kept the installation process simple and I appreciated the control panel stand and double-sided mounting tape for the sensors that came with the BlackboxKept me from having to drill holes in my wall!

The Blackbox is extremely user-friendlyThe second setup process seemed too good to be true but Armorax lived up to their promiseThe CSR walked me through the installation process and told me exactly where to place the sensorsTheir self-install system beats having to wait hours for a technician to come to your home to install the system with wires going all around the houseI've had to deal with that in the past
Armorax has very reasonable monitoring plans and the equipment that comes in the Blackbox is solidI'm very happy with it
