You have the name of the person you have spoke too and our business name, how can you not find our invoice? the invoice number is I will be mailing their product back today via USPS at our expenseI expect that Triton Imaging systems will comply to my request and waive any payment they are asking for in addition to removing our company from whatever system they are using and add me to their do not call list

In checking our customer service files, the person who ordered the ribbon is no longer employed by this companyThe invoice is past due by DaysThis is not something that has just come upIt has become evident that they do not intend on paying this legitimate bill, and thus, we have cancelled the invoice and written this off as a lossSincerely,T [redacted] Triton Imaging Systems###-###-####

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The customer service rep that I spoke with on 11/notified me that I would get an email confirmation of the return label/date that UPS would be picking up the returned product and I have not received any e-mails and we still have the productThe custservice rep did say she would be cancelling our account and sending us a credit memo for the unwanted product, which I have also not gotten a copy of yet either Regards, K [redacted]

After researching this account, it shows multiple phone calls by us since the account is months past dueNot once in the conversations was there any mention of them "Not ordering" any merchandiseWe were told many times that the "Corporate Office" will be paying the invoice, and even asked us to fax the invoice and UPS POD to them for paymentWe also feel that going back to for a refund far surpasses any acceptable business practiceTo date, they are holding merchandise that is six months past due, when they could have called and asked us to take it back, and are also asking for a refund on merchandise ordered last year, which has no doubtebly been usedThese requests are withoug merit Sincerely, T [redacted] Triton Imaging Systems###-###-####

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Going back to my original conversation with the original customer service agent and as stated clearly in the last responseMy concern was knowing how and when to have UPS pick up the packageSince we do not have the return label and we are just banking on the fact that one was createdAdditionally, I asked for an email from the original customer service person and she took my email and was supposed to email me a copy of the return label and also the credit memoNone of which has been doneConsidering the fact that this has been going back and forth for months and the business has not successfully followed up within the means they said they wouldI would like to not resolve this until I have the credit memo and the package has been picked up at their expense by UPSCurrently, no one on property has received a credit memo and I also am the only point of contact as of now and we still have the package unless it was picked up today Regards, K [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11532881, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, D [redacted] Yes I do accept the credit But even if I did not receive the credit I would not pay the invoice I know of no creditable business that has so many complaints against them and carry an F Rating from the Revdex.com Most people would not take the time to contact the Revdex.com, so I'm pretty sure the complaints are in the thousands This is my second run in with this company pulling this crap Ask yourself what are the odds of this happening IF this is a legit business then why do you align yourself with such a business that is always going off script The script is the script period By continuing doing business with this outside company you are saying that its ok to deceive thousands of business I have never done business with this company and for them to call and say we are do for more supplies is a crime and the company should be prosecuted and the owner should be sent to jail This is the same crime if someone asked my grandmother to send money Deception is deception, and taking advantage of the public is a crime if it's not a crime it should be The people who run Triton Imaging Systems need to be held accountable Who in that state is going to step up and take care of business to protect the public Obviously someone needs too
