To Whom It May Concern:After researching this, and speaking to M [redacted] ***, I have found that Mr W [redacted] agreed to keep the ribbons already purchased and well past the thirdy return policy printed clearly on the invoice, and return the ribbons on the last, open invoice Mr W [redacted] asked to speak to the owner concerning the return policy, and for some reason was given Mr Vera's nameMr Vera is not the owner, but the General Manager in our overseas officeWe apologize for that error, but the person was a lower level employee who was not aware of thisWe feel that mr W [redacted] is rearanging the facts in this matter, and further, using the Better Businesks Bureau for "Leverage" The orders placed and ribbons delivered were bonafied ordersWe will still allow the last delivery to be returned and cancel out the invoiceSincerely,T [redacted] Triton Imaging Systems###-###-####

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10875622, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, but truly believe this is a company who's business should be endedThey stated that someone here "identified the printer"The person who answered the phone told me she was only asked if the printers were workingShe was never asked what type of printers we hadI have since figured out that these are for receipt printers, not our printersHowever, these printers have no identifying marks, so there is no way for anyone who does not have access the back office (which the employee that took the call does not) to have any idea what kind of printer we had to confirm the typeAs for the rest of their response, I won't bother to respond, because it was simply garbage, and meant to make them sound like less than what they areScammers and predators Regards, [redacted] F*

[ Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I feel as though the response was untruthfulThis company sent us a product that isn't even for any machine we have on the premises, so I'm not sure how they could say they don't condone questionable sales tacticsEspecially since it wasn't a saleThere was no discussion of pricing, so we don't even know how much money they are expecting from usThey called and gave the impression they were from the company that handles our printers, and then said that the "product we ordered was in" and asked if it was okay to ship it outWe never once ordered from this company, and especially didn't order something for a brand of printer we have never had The company that actually DOES handle our printers don't contact usThey come out and check our ink levels and then send ink if we need at no additional chargeHowever, this company preys on speaking with someone who wouldn't know that, as they are just a front end employee, who has no authority to order itemsHow is this not questionable? And if ALL of their complaints are from this "3rd party company", and you don't condone these tactics, why do you still work with this company?
