rather, they purchase new orders from a company overseas who canvass, or make
“Cold Calls” seeking new customers for TritonThey are provided with a sales
script to followTriton does not in any way encourage “Questionable”
sales
tacticsIn the unfortunate event a caller will use sales tactics not approved
by Triton, they do everything in their power to remedy the situation
Triton has Thousands of Satisfied Customers nationwide,
and the ONLY complaints they’ve received are from a “Cold Call” or “Canvas”
calls initiated from this outside sourceAs in any business It is important to weigh the number of complaints vs number of satisfied customersTriton
has Thousands of Satisfied Customers
that have been with them for years, and continue with them as their trusted supplier
These satisfied customers far outweigh the few complaints Triton had received

The calls the customer placed to us were returned numerous times, only to find them..."Unavailable" We have tried in good faith to discuss this matter with them, but to no avail We will not be reporting them to a credid agency, and if they would like to return the product, we will cancel the

because:
The customer would be considered Steakouts HomeplateMy name was supposedly used as the person placing the order,but the company is Steakouts Homeplate Tritok doesnt have an invoice number or crs because we never asked to be customers and they fraudulently used my information to place an order.

I am rejecting this response because: The company requested additional information. A copy of the invoice was previously provided. It is again attached, Invoice #82726. Triton representative's comment regarding the associated phone number is proof again they are utilizing illicit sales practices

Unfortunately, we cannot find this complaint in our file, even though, by the customer's response we did address it. If the customer would be kind enough to furnish us with their business name and address we will issue a ups call tag. The product was ordered and shipped on 7/16/15. Today is 7/22/15. The mercnandise must have just arrived there. The statement that they spoke to us and we refused to take it back is incorrect as we show no contact whatsoever from them. If they had, indeed called, and told us they wished to return...

the mercandise, we would have issued a call tag and taken it back. We disagree with the way the sale was made. I am rejecting this response because: The customer service rep that I spoke with on 11/29 notified me that I would get an email confirmation of the return label/date that UPS would be picking up the returned product and I have not received any e-mails and we still have the product. The cust. service rep did say she would be cancelling our account and sending us a credit memo for the unwanted product, which I have also not gotten a copy of yet either.
