After researching this account, it shows multiple phone calls by us since the account is 6 months past due. Not once in the conversations was there any mention of them "Not ordering" any merchandise. We were told many times that the "Corporate Office" will be paying the invoice, and even asked us to...

fax the invoice and UPS POD to them for payment. We also feel that going back to 2015 for a refund far surpasses any acceptable business practice. I have tried to attach a copy of their invoice but can not get it to work.  Their invoice number is "71127".  They have us under customer "MEA[redacted]".  The gentleman that called me is named C[redacted] and I believe he is calling under our main phone number which is             ###-###-####.

A[redacted] is misunderstanding what we need. We need the invoice WE SENT THEM. We have NO "HOMEPLATE STEAKHOUSE" in our system. We DO have a Homeplate Restaurant in Taunton, Ma. Would this be the same? Again, we are perfrecly willing to investigage this complaint, and the complaint form from the Revdex.com clearly asks for a cr or invoice number. If we sent you merchandise, which you claim we have, then there would be an invoice and packing slip, and or cr for you ON THAT SAME INVOICE. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11532881, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

D[redacted]  Yes I do accept the credit.  But even if I did not receive the credit I would not pay the invoice.  I know of no creditable business that has so many complaints against them and carry an F Rating from the Revdex.com.  Most people would not take the time to contact the Revdex.com, so I'm pretty sure the complaints are in the thousands.  This is my second run in with this company pulling this crap.  Ask yourself what are the odds of this happening.  IF this is a legit business then why do you align yourself with such a business that is always going off script.  The script is the script period.  By continuing doing business with this outside company you are saying that its ok to deceive thousands of business.  I have never done business with this company and for them to call and say we are do for more supplies is a crime and the company should be prosecuted and the owner should be sent to jail.  This is the same crime if someone asked my grandmother to send money.  Deception is deception, and taking advantage of the public is a crime.  if it's not a crime it should be.  The people who run Triton Imaging Systems need to be held accountable.  Who in that state is going to step up and take care of business to protect the public.  Obviously someone needs too.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10675221, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, assuming they will in fact never contact us again, and cancel our invoice. TIS did not provide me with a confirmation number, or the full name of the CSR I spoke with. They have never answered thier phone, someone will only return our call, making it impossible to know for sure if everything is legit. I will consider thier response to the Revdex.com as confirmation.

I am rejecting this response because: We did not order or receive any product from this company. We did not request or receive a USPS receipt. The employee they have listed is the kitchen manager. He orders food not office supplies.
