[redacted] was really great, yesterday he came to the house while I was away My husband was here but he has had a stroke and can't remember things So [redacted] wrote me a note about his findings and the cost and left it in the middle of my desk When he came to the house he explained everything he needed to do and verified the cost with me He did his job in reasonable time, then showed me the finished products He was even nice to my two dogs while he waited for my check I felt he was very professional, courteous ad represented the company in a great fashion, Thanks

I'm very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge as a plumber, and yes, charm He even pet my little dog which was a kind gesture Thank you for having such an amazing employee
My experience with Bob K was very positive I was notified when he was on his way, and he arrived promptly after that He was very professional, very experienced, very knowledgeable He did not mind getting his hands dirty while dealing with the hole in the ground and the leaking water meter He explained his plan, gave his cost estimate, answered my questions, and was patient when I asked about financing He did the work well; he cleaned up completely; and the leak that he had come to fix was repaired without any dripping Bob was very personable, and was a pleasant conversationalist in between times of total focus on his task I was very satisfied with the work project
Prompt service Dispatcher said they "have everything they need" on the truck Well, except the part for my shower But, [redacted] came back on Saturday (his day off) to install so all is good!

We called Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air for a drainage problem They were at our house within a couple of hours They cleared the blockage and were great at cleaning up the mess the blockage had caused They had their draining tech come out an hour later to determine if our drainage system was working properly [redacted] was great at explaining what was going on, and he and his partner were quick, professional, and very clean
