We wanted to acknowledge the superior customer service we received from *** *., The technician who rescued us Our Water heater had, apparently, exceeded its life expectancy and much to our dismay and horror, just as we were leaving for the day, one last check in the garage found water all over the floor and its source, our now deceased Water Heater A quick call to Anderson, an explanation of our dilemma and a technician would be dispatched shortly Ruben called, advised us of his current location and his approximate arrival He arrived, in uniform, credentials at the ready He inspected the water heater and confirmed that was the culprit He had all the requisite materials on his truck and was prepared to begin immediately No pressure at all We accepted and he immediately began It was triple digits on that day, and he never quit working He was alone He perfectly and professionally removed and installed a brand new water heater, all new plumbing, new restraining straps, new cut offs, and even installed a skirt/drain and alarm sensor that should this new water heater fail and leak, the water would be trapped and sent outside and the alarm would sound alerting us!!! He was superior and clearly was most professional in representing Anderson Was it costly? No, I don't think so Could I have searched for someone less expensive? Probably We chose to use a professional and it shows in the quality of the work
We had some serious blockage in our drainage system, when *** ran the camera through our drains after Anderson Plumbing, Heating, and Air had cleared our initial blockage *** was great at explaining that work had to be done, and what work should probably be done The team doing the work included ***, ***, and *** The entire team was very professional and took great care of our property *** checked in daily and at the end gave us videos of the drain before and after the work We have used Anderson several times in the past, and we continue to do so because of their professional approach and quality work

As promised, the day of the appointment, the dispatcher called an hour in advance to tell me the technician was on his wayThe technician, *** *., arrived early and was quick to identify and fix the problemHe was also clean, courteous, and professionalThe plumbing repair was completed in less than minutes! I was able to use the gift card, paid only $out of pocket, and had the rest of my Saturday morning freeI would definitely use Anderson again should the need arise
