*** and *** provided a complete, efficient annual inspection of my heating and air systems Two enhancements were identified and when approval was given, the technicians completed the work on the spot, no need to schedule a return visit They were on time, had everything needed and were respectful of my home (pink booties to protect the carpet!)
We recently had an air conditioning unit installed by this company and we were very pleased with outcome and service we received the two installers, *** *and *** * called us to inform us they were mins away and they made certain we knew what to expect during the day and asked us if we had any questions for them They proceeded to lay down coverings on all our carpets and floors they would be walking on and they were most respectful and tidy as the world progressed My husband had removed our closet door to make their access to the attic easier and to my surprise, after they had left, not only were all the covers over the clothes neatly removed and folded and the floor swept but the door was back on its hinges as well Something I did not expect at all, neither did my husband! They also made certain we knew how to operate the unit and what to expect in the next days as we could be contacted for certain inspections to be made We were both very pleased with the service from this company and would most certainly recommend it to others

*** was very professional, polite, clean and communicated well The work was completed within the committed timeframe The only issue we had was with the cleanliness of the other workers who performed part of the service that took days
Intial Plumbing Technican was informative, efficient, on time and extremely helpfulHe was unable to resolve my stoppage and went further to get a second higher level technican which had a camera to determine the problem and assess the condition of my over year old house They were able to restore some of my plumbing but showed me part of my system would need total replacementIt was evident to me that both technican were well trained, experienced and worked as a teamThanks to them I now know what I have to doI definitely recommend them for any type of plumbing need
