Salgau Roofing is remarkable My job included the tear off of two asphalt and the original wood shingle layer The 7-man crew completed the tear off, installation of a complete new deck and shingles in less than two days while working around scattered thunderstorms They paid attention to details Coordination was excellent for the deliver of the roll off (and pick up) and shingles They did an excellent job of protecting and cleaning up the property Salgau's proposal was very competitive and didn't charge extras for a few surprises I would hire Salgau Roofing again and recommend them to friends
This company is so terrificI can't say enough positive things about their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I am satisfied with their workA year after installing/replacing all new ducting in our house, which the original company had not done well to begin with, they recently came out, at no charge, to check on a couple of rooms that weren't getting adequate air flowThe tech new exactly what to look at and fixed it with easeHe also turned around two vents because he noted they were not installed correctly to allow proper air flow into those rooms

In December 2015, we had Anderson "tune-up" our heater and found out we needed new duct work because ours was split and leaking hot air into the attic [redacted] and [redacted] *arrived promptly and did fantastic work They were very thorough with the installation, they balanced the ducts and brought our system up to code Our condo is now heated evenlyThey protected the carpet during the work and even vacuumed up when they left I am so happy with all the wonderful service we have received from Anderson We had them install our new A/C seven years ago and they perform periodic "tune-ups" on that as well All the employees we've dealt with are very knowledgeable and professional I would highly recommend this company and will definitely continue to use Anderson in the future
Sales person Dave Long and Installer Eric were both very professional and willing to answer all questions The installation was done in a timely manner and the clean up after was stellar We are happy with the service and professionalism provided

We had problems installing a tankless water heater and called Anderson to come out and trouble shoot itThe tech was unable to do so, and told us to call the gas companyIt was already installed and that plumber had done as much as he could, including checking the gas, which was fine We paid $for the service call, and a few days later someone from Anderson called to ask about our experience AND....a week after that we received a full refund! What a great customer service attitude......we would use them again
Of course of all days for the kitchen sink drain to stop up was Monday Dec 26, A holidayI tried several plumbers but all were closed I called Anderson plumbingTalked to a specialist and schedule an appointment James B was very professional and got the drain working in no timeSincerely, [redacted] **
