In response to a recent service call, Michael P., Technician from Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, came out to the house to check our A/C and heating unitFrom the initial call to request assistance, to their follas to when the rep would arrive, ending with the actual work and advice given, we were extremely pleased with every step of the processMichael was cordial, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and quite courteousWhile he thoroughly checked on the problem and offered expert opinion on how to proceed, including informing of a long term maintenance plan, he never pushed or put pressure, rather simply explained options and left any decision on repair and/or ongoing future planning to usVery much appreciated! A non-urgent problem with a slow draining drain was fixed in a thorough and timely manner Service technician also examined other plumbing issues and provided sound advice/recommendations for further work without pressuring me to do anything more during this visit
