We recently had a serious hot water leak under our slab. We called Anderson Plumbing they directed us to CPL to find source of leak.Once that was completed they were here the next day early in the morning to fix the issue.

We have been Anderson Plumbing customers for years and recently I called Lisa and explained I had recently been having health issues but several maintenance issues were due at our house and could we make arrangements to have them and some work done while I was home healing. Lisa was amazing!!!! She arranged for everything to be done on the same day by 2 different techs. The first to arrive was Zak B. He did complete everything that was due for maintenance but really didn't have the friendly, cheerful manner a normal Anderson Team member has and the typical excellent Anderson service was missing! I actually found myself cleaning up after him when he left - which shocked me a little. That has definitely NEVER happened before. I think perhaps Zak is new to the company or needs some training in the normal "Anderson" ways. BUT I love Anderson Plumbing, have used their services for more than a decade and will continue to do so. Zak - trust your Team, learn from them - you won't regret it; because they truly are the Best at what they do! Maybe try a ride along with a more experienced Team Member, with a little help I think you will be a valuable member of the team.
[redacted] was the service technician who helped us to clear the french drains in our yard. He was courteous and worked diligently. When the first drain could not be effectively cleared with a snake, he suggested the hydrojetting. We appreciated his help and his work!
[redacted] the Andersons plumber showed up on time. He checked out what I needed and then explained my problems and what needed to be done to fix the problems. After okaying the fixes he started working right away. It was going to be an all day job. I left for work and and when I returned home everything was up and running. There was no mess to clean up. I was happy with the work and time it took to complete. I would recommend and use Anderson's plumbing again.
We are selling our property and were needing a roofer to certify our roof and make a couple repairs. [redacted] was able to come out the same day, was able to provide the information we needed for our buyers to be confident in our roof, and was equipped to make the repairs needed immediately on site without having to leave and come back. [redacted] was awesome!
Excellent customer service, courteous and ON TIME technician. Hated myself though for spending $220 on a flapper for the toilet - my fault, not theirs.
I had the pleasure of having Larry F come and clear a plumbing problem at my house. He was punctual, courteous and very informative. I asked a myriad of questions and he took his time answering each question and made sure that he answered each question to my satisfaction. The work site was protected by drop cloths and he wore booties to protect our floors and carpets. What a pleasure to have him come and get our system back to working order. I have used Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning on a number of occasions and I have always been very pleased by their quality work and very professional technicians. I highly recommend them get the work done efficiently and properly.

We called Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air to come an look at a slow moving drain. [redacted] came out right on time and had the drain moving in no time at all. Great Job! We've used Anderson's on many occasions and they have always given us friendly and professional service.
[redacted] and [redacted] installed a complete HVAC duct system in our crawl space, with new plenum supply/returns, a new filter return grill, an additional supply in one room, a new AC Coil and Lennox furnace. They were extremely hard workers, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and clean. They came up with some great creative solutions to address certain constraints. Both of them have good people skills. We are 100% satisfied with the job and and will recommend Anderson's Plumbing Heating and Air to our friends and neighbors.

Anderson Plumbing was able to get [redacted] (He did a repair in October 2014 for us) back out the same day we called with the leak...the day after Christmas 2014. [redacted] recommended that we have all the pipes replaced or we would be seeing him more as the "low grade" pipes that were installed when the house was built (2004) would start to leak or even burst. [redacted] was assigned to the pipe replacement and he did an excellent job, especially for doing it mostly by himself. Due to the holidays, his helper ([redacted]) had to assist with another job. [redacted] was very apologetic about it taking longer than usual, but we were okay with that. There was a small leak under the kitchen sink that [redacted] couldn't figure out, so [redacted] Slater was sent out and determined it was the hose to the dishwasher, which he fixed. [redacted] did an exceptional job with replacing the drywall that had to be cut for the pipe replacement. It is so good that you can't even tell where the cuts were. The Customer Service team, [redacted] and [redacted] were all very friendly with good advice and helpful recommendations. We would recommend Anderson Plumbing to anyone. Thank you all.
Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air was very prompt in scheduling the appointment and calling before the plumber arrived. Ken arrived at my home as expected. He took care entering my home by wearing booties on his shoes. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me the price of the work before he started.
Given that this was a leak in a ceiling where other prior work had been done, Ken made sure to exhaust all options before opening the ceiling up, which I appreciated. He was fast and thorough and had all of the materials he needed with him, which is not the experience I have had with other plumbing businesses.
