*** signed up for a month agreement. We have his signatures in all areas. The membership is not conducive upon usage. We also show that *** is past due on his July and August dues. The Edge would cancel within the terms of the agreement if there was a move or a
medical reason. Even though The Edge is not at fault here and it is a matter of *** not using the club, we will cancel the membership to maintain good customer relations

Dear Revdex.com,Our member, *** *** was not charged double for her membership but was charged the Annual Enhancement fee of $49.99+tax on 04/01/This is a fee which every member agree's to pay on a certain date one time per year by initialing that section of the membership agreement upon joining
our clubsIn regards to the complaint about who spoke with Lindsay, we do have an assistant manager named Kati who she did speak with on the afternoon of 04/12/ Kati, our assistant manager, did notify me that Lindsay called back on the evening of 04/12/around 9pm and did apologize about the conversation they had earlier that day and mentioned that she may transfer the membership to a friend or family memberThis was an option that was presented to her by our sales manager, Chris N***, during an earlier conversation and is still an option for if she does not wish to continue her membership

Nothing was stolen from the complainant, her contract was fulfilled with all of her signatures authorizing us to take the payments out of the accountThe statements she keeps making about us "stealing" from her are not true

Morgan from the club let *** know that we did in fact cancel her membership with nothing further due and all past due fees were waived. The reason she had a hard time initially was because she was still within the terms of her agreement. When the club heard of her medical condition,
they made the decision to make an exception and again, cancel ***'s agreement with all past and future dues waived

We indeed made a mistake and apologize for itMember was contacted this morning by the general manager of the club and was given all amenities, previously promised at the original purchase price

*** was contacted via his cell phone on Monday, November 13th, at approximately 3:33pm Eastern Time, the call went straight to voicemailA message was left for *** to please call backNo call back was receivedSecond attempt to contact *** was on Tuesday, November 14th at approximately 3:01pm Eastern Time, the call went straight to voicemailA second voice message was leftAn email correspondence was sent shortly thereafter at approximately 3:10pm to answer any questions and/or concernsAt approximately 3:22pm *** called me back, we discussed his concern*** was asked if I could call him back to see about meeting his request*** agreed to a call backAfter a bit of research, *** was called back and informed that his request could be metHe was also advised that he would get an email correspondence with a new agreement granting him the downgrade request on the morning of Wednesday, November 15th*** was informed that his final payment within his current term would be processed as on November 30th, and his new payment amount reflecting the downgrade will begin on the date on the agreement sent to *** and will continue to be billed every month thereafterOnce *** reviews, signs the agreement and returns the signed agreement, his membership agreement will reflect his downgrade request

Before this complaint was filed, this member was cancelled with nothing further due and all past due payments were waived. There is no refund to give because no monthly payments were taken

On December 30th The Edge Fitness Club emailed *** *** Collection Agency requesting *** *** to be taken out of collection with no further due Today January 15th The Edge Fitness Club forwarded
the same email to *** *** along with requesting this to be taken off *** *** credit score

Good morning.We have left *** two messages since Tuesday, April 19, 2016. She has not responded. On Wednesday, April 20, 2016 our Facilities Representatives came out to perform a full inspection of all the spin bikes in the studioSome adjustments were made during the
inspection as well as performing routine maintenance. We will reach out to *** again next week if we do not hear back from her by then. We are hoping to meet to not only update on her on the actions already taken but to also inspect her equipment. A loose or broken cleat can also make it difficult to disengage from a clip. We will need the spin shoes here to rule that out.
