I am rejecting this response because:In my complaint I outline that there was an immaculate withdrawal on 12/30 and 1/30.  I also reference the business (Edge Fitness) informing me that the reversal of the 12/30 withdrawal would be accepted by their business if done via my bank.  After investigating the bank was rejected this and issued a charge for this in December.  Two concerns:1.12/30 should not have shown a withdrawal as the cancelation took place in November. 2. 1/30 withdrawal was verbally told me not going into the system.  Not only did it, but every attempt at resolution outlines a refund is being cared for finally and never was.  As mentioned in my original complaint the march withdrawal was a reflection of the December 30 personal trainer fee that I was informed was all set being done via my bank.   For months Ty's I am waiting on a refund of $82 and change and to hear that the business told the bank they aren't releasing funds for dec30 is insane.  You owe me $165 and you are avoiding the issue in providing my refund!!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:I did receive a call from Edge however am not satisfied with the membership cancellation.   I am puzzled why my membership could not be simply cancelled when I requested it last September and I had to be involve the Revdex.com to finally get a response.   I was told I could not be reimbursed as I visited the gym in March.  I was home for break visiting my parents who are local.  Why shouldn’t I use the gym? I was paying and couldn’t get Edge to stop charging me or call me back.   I am happy to deduct the $10.62 for March but would like reimbursement of $103.09.

I apologize for her frustration. I looked into the account and she first contacted [redacted] Financial 6/5/17 regarding cancellation. She is responsible for any payment that falls within those 30 days. We weren't able to charge her account for her June oayment until 7/21/17. She was never charged any late...

me to go over the contract and the training program he failed to shared that information with me. Had he communicated that I would have never signed up. I don't have the money to cover a second month why would I put my self in a position to not be able to pay? I did cancel for future months but I don't have the money to pay for a second month that's why I told him face to face that I'm just trying this out that I ONLY want one month why didn't he correct me and at that moment tell me that is a 2 month commitment.  This is is so unfair it's not a confusion how you are making it look.

I am rejecting this response because: I already have a trainer and due to medical issues, it is not wise to see anyone else. I also do not trust these people as they have already tried to steal money from me twice before. If I reject the training sessions, they are essentially stealing the money they have already collected. Not only are their trainers not competent but they barely train and are not able to meet the client where they are. Getting my money back is the only thing I will accept at this point. I do not think it says in the contract you cannot get your money back. I have no desire to work this out with a gym who had tried to steal from me for the last three years.

Club manager met with member to review complaint and they have resolved the issues.Her schedule was reviewed.  It was determined that she and the trainer both cancelled sessions.Member did not show up for 4 of her sessions without cancelling them within the 24 hour time frame required by the...
