Worst customer service I've ever experiencedWill not take a watch return because the item has been lightly wornThe watch is useless and they are going to alienate a customer for a measly $I'm not sure how that makes sense, and I hope Ashford revisits its return policy in the very near future to get it into line with competitors (and the 21st century)Very, very disappointed and will never buy from Ashford again

I will never buy another thing from this seller.The watch we got stopped working after about a yearAshford refused to help fixing it because it was a whopping days out of Warranty..BAD customer service!

No help on correcting address and phone number they have wrong on the shipping information Called times, email times to customer service providing correct information and requesting they make the changes with *** as the seller (they are the only ones who can make the changes) This has been going on for over a week with no changes to the address or my phone number and most importantly no acknowledgement of receipt of the phone calls or emails Today received a delivery update from *** still showing the wrong address and wrong contact phone number *** *** * *** **

I was very happy seeing the deals in AshfordI couldn't find similar deals in other websites
So ordered multiple watches as gift for near and dear ones
I ordered Rado watches for my uncle and aunt whom I had never gifted anything beforeSo was thinking this would be a great one
When I gave the gift last year they were very happy
So had ordered more watches from the websiteSince I was giving the watches as gift I was not aware of the problems
When I gifted TOMMY HILFIGER watch to my friend and I saw it was not working when he wore itI was very embarrassed , didn't have time to see what the problem was as I had to travel same day
It was couple of days back when my aunt came home my mom checked with her about the watchShe said it works for sometime and stops by itself
And it is Rado watch which is well known across the world
I got frustrated and sent them complaintThere is no response
Please beware when you are buying from this site especially if it is to gift someone because they might not say you thinking you might feel bad
I am not going to buy from this site anymore
I just wish no one else face this sort of embarrassment as I did

I bought a watch from Ashford on Dec **, The watch arrived on Dec **I don't look at the back of the watch very often but after months, when I looked at it, the black paint on the engravings was mostly gone, leaving an ugly and rough surfaceThe back side of the watch is stainless steel with engravings of letters, brand logo, and pictureThe engravings were filled with black paint by the manufactureConsidering the short time span since I purchased the watch, and I did not wear it daily (I have a few watches to switch between), this is a severe quality issue and not acceptable by any measure
I contacted Ashford.com and talked to service rep EugeneHe understood the situation but stated that this is not Ashford's issue thus there's nothing they could doI subsequently escalated the issue to the supervisor Sheresee and also provided picture to illustrate the issueShe replied that Ashford warranty only covers mechanicals, and considered this exterior issue "normal" wea

I brought a JeanRichard Men's watch in ashfordcom, its order nois ***
The watch' s stem had been dropped off when I received it So I contacted the customer service of ashford, they told me to send it back in FebruaryThey also told me it would cost to weeks to repair
I sent it back, in brand new conditionBut after weeks, until the end of April, it was not repaired yetMoreover,at the end of June the watch was still not repaired, I was not very happy and asked for a refundThey said they would accelerate the processAt last my watch was sent back on August
But I was very disappointed when I saw my watchIts hour hand doesn't line up the right position, its overall look has been changed to a second hand watch, from a brand new oneThere is a nearly 5mm scratch on its case,some abrasions and stains on the strap, even the pillow in the box turns dirtyI have never been wearing it even a minute!

Did you get my mail already? I got a Zenith from Ashley for about $and it worked well for three weeks, then the outer circle fell off of the watch It's in blue and goes from Zero to minutes I sent the watch to Ashford.com and they refused to repair it because it didn't break the watch...it does still work If they couldn't repair it, they could have sent it to Zenith at Switzerland and they would replace it They didn't do this at all I'm going to send a law suit by Harris County, the county of Houston to get then here to Houston to complain in a legal session He'll loose and I'll get Three Hundred Percent for not helping me It's his money.....not mine

I bought a watch from ashfordIt charged me $for shipping to Canada with *** expeditedWhen I found they charge $with *** Express, I asked the customer service why charge me moreFirst customer service told me they only have one shipping option, which $with *** ExpressI send them the picture of my order, which indicated I was charged $The second customer service told because I chose a faster shipping method, which is *** ExpeditedIt looks like a jokeEveryone except the customer service knows Express is faster than ExpeditedI am not satisfied with their customer service, so I refused to pay the duty and tax to ***The third customer service told me they will charge me another $for returning the packageI don't know how they calculate this fee
