On December I placed an order and I paid $but I never received my order, I been tryin to solve this problem with the seller and with *** and after months I havent received my order or an aswer of whta is going to happen

Hello,I apologize for the delay in my response...I did not see the initial complaint.After careful review, I am sorry to say, that since our customer did not pay their customs/duties/taxes - assessed by China Customs Officials - this package was abandoned, with no way for us to retrieve it.We had
explained the fees to the customer on more than one occasion...as indicated by the notes within our customers order. We gave *** agents the customers contact information also, so that they may contact the customer to explain the fees being assessed.As indicated by our website, within our International Shipping page; we clearly state that the customer is responsible for all fees assessed during delivery. Here is a link to that page within our website. Please note; It is NOT customary for any sales representative to have to detail the customs fees that may or may not be associated with this delivery, since it is indicated within our website...that is the responsibility of the customer to find out from their local Customs Office:***We had tried countless times to inform the customer that they needed to pay these charges...we cannot be held responsible for non-payment by the customer to an outside source. If the customer "refused" to pay - then they suffer the consequences of their actions. In this case, China Officials have confiscated the package - they will not give it back to us, nor with they release it to the customer.There is nothing more that we can do for this customer...as we had advised them over and over again to pay the fees...and they chose not to.Please let me know if there's any additional information or documentation that you need in order to close out this complaint...thank you!Kindly,

Order *** arrived on 2/**, it was initially placed on 2/* through Peter via live chat, he agreed to honor a lower price of the item A Rado mens watch was ordered, however, the Rado box arrived to me empty and I believe the same Peter was the one I chatted with again on 2/** He was told the box arrived empty and stated a *** claim would be filed, however, this is not *** fault The box did not appear to be tampered with in any way, my guess is whomever Ashford.com buys from sent them an empty box by mistakeI was told they buy in bulk and are able to offer items at such low prices because of this I've bought from this company many times before and from past experience, I know they normally do not check or inspect items before they leave as I have had two watches arrive to me defective or not working at allHowever, both times the matter was resolved, a replacement was sent to me right awayI do not know what to say about this order but again, my guess is the company A

I purchased an EDOX "swiss made" luxury watch from Ashford.com in January It has since been sent to Ashford for warranty repairs times, all for the same problem relating to the auto-winderNow it went wrong again and I sent it back again for repairThis is the 5th timeEach time it took approximately monthsDespite my multiple requests, Ashford refuses to refund or replace the problem watch
Each of the past repairs took approximately months including two-way shippingNeedless to say in the one and half years I had the watch I have been unable to use it in any meaningful way As the warranty period is about to run out, I no longer wish to receive the repairI require either full refund or replacement, with apology for the one and half years of frustration
Ashford.com never responded to my request, so I have no option but to complain to the Revdex.com

Hello,Thank you for your attention to this matter!We received communication from this customer regarding his warranty card. We initially advised him that any repair/warranty service could be done using the Zenith Warranty Card provided to him within his package. This is pretty standard,
as all Zenith watches come with pre-stamped cards direct from the Zenith manufacturer. Having said this, the card that accompanied our customer's watch was sent straight from the supplier...therefore; the card is real and authentic. The numbers written on the card should reflect the numbers referenced with this watch...however; it is possible that the card was accidentally swapped out with another watch in the warehouse...as these materials are packaged separately from one another and this would be easy to do if one didn't pay close attention.In order to resolve this matter completely, we would like to receive images of the card, tag and back of watch. Any other materials with numbers listed on them should be photographed also. We would like to see how the card and tag differ from one another.Please know that we never refused any warranty service...simply attempted to give the customer to best suggestion...which is to take the watch locally to have it serviced - especially since the manufacturer's warranty can be used.Once we have these images, we can see what happened with the card and why Zenith won't accept it.Thank you!*** ***
