Good Morning, We here at Ashley Furniture Homestore would like to thank you for bringing this consumers concerns to our attentionOur customer care department has been diligently working with the consumer to address her merchandise concernsWe did as the consumer advised addressed her original concern with the middle cushion with parts ordered and installedThe repair did resolve the original concern of the merchandise being repairedHowever, the consumer did express a secondary concern of the die lot differing from the original cushions in her homeWhile we must advise that the manufacture does not guarantee die lot, we can certainly empathize with the consumers concernsThe consumer was advised two additional cushions and casings were ordered for the sofa, as well as all cushions and casings were ordered for the loveseat as wellWhile there was no confirmed damage for any of the parts placed on order, we felt it was in the best interest of the consumer to replace all to improve the likelihood of a die match of all pieces in her home The consumer is currently on schedule for a service technician to install all parts ordered on 3/1/We are confident all concerns will be resolved in full at that timePlease advise if we can be of any additional assistance in resolving the consumers concernsBest Regards,Deannie [redacted]

Good afternoon,We here at Ashley Furniture Homestore would like to thank you for bringing this consumers concern to our attentionI do apologize for any confusion, however, while the consumer does mention she spoke to one of our employees in regards to this claim this should be brought forth to the extended warranty company through which they purchased the planWhile we do authorize the extended warranty to be sold as an added coverage for consumers merchandise, the claims would need to go to their extended warranty provider Montage as it is a separate company not pertaining to Ashley Furniture in itselfWe as a retailer have a one year manufacture warrantyI will be happy to provide contact information of the extended warranty company for the consumer should they no longer have the appropriate information.Thanks, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.On 7/16/I first contacted you about Ashley Furniture and my furniture I purchased not being delivered as scheduled at my time of purchaseYou sent my complaint to the company and they stated they wanted to give me $for not having the furniture I purchased and paid in advance forI then received other calls from the company as I also did not receive end table as well as not receiving rocker recliners that I paid in full forAshley promised to compensate me $and delivery of my missing furniture on 8/11/I received a check for $on 8/10/and did not receive my furniture on 8/11/as promised by AshleyI have been in contact with them all day and they have told me several conflicting stories as to when I might ever get the furniture I paid forThe latest person Supervisor Annie Arnaud has now promise to research my account and maybe find out if I will ever get my furnitureOne person, Fabian customer service lead said I could call the store and see if they would cancel my order and refund my money, but no guaranteesI have a sofa and end table out of a piece living room suite I purchased and I want to cancel the order and get my money back for items it seems that I will never get and I also want a living room suite that matches.I want Ashley furniture to take back the pieces of furniture they delivered and cancel my order on the rest and refund my entire purchase priceI have been trying to get my piece living room suite of Rocking recliners, sofa recliner and end tables since 7/18/I do not have a time frame of when I could actually get the rest of my furniture only maybes it might show upThis is most unprofessional treatment I have received from a companyI wanted a living room suite that all matched when I purchased and paid for in full, I have only received pieces of furniture and nothing elseTheir paper states if my experience is anything less than perfect to call them, and I have called them over and over and over and still do not have my furniture Regards, [redacted]

We have canceled the guest order and processed the refund The reason for the delay in canceling the order and refunding the guest was because he paid with a check We had to wait the days for the check to clearOnce it cleared we processed the refund We did charge a cancellation fee The guest signed a contact at the time of purchases that stats if your cancel the order for any reason prior to delivery there will a 10% cancellation fee The refund was processed on 5/and it normally takes weeks for the guest to receive once it is processed in our system

A complaint has been filed with the Indiana attorney general also The representatives name is Jose R [redacted] who is a contractor who represents Ashley furniture

I called her back about 30 minutes later, left a message with my return phone number and did not hear from her after that. I have not received a call since (if I have, a message was not left). The delivery driver spoke to someone over the phone from your company, then handed me the phoneI do not know what his name wasHe informed me that he would be calling me back this afternoon letting me know when the chair and ottoman would be delivered, as well as when the sofa would be getting repairedIt is now 8pm, and I still have not received a call backThe communication from this company is horrible, and the problems just keep continuing to stack up Regards, [redacted] ***
