Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedIf the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted] I was contacted the evening of Friday October 16, and was able to schedule a delivery for Saturday October 24, at no additional chargeI agree that they've have tried calling on the dates that they provided and I never indicated that they did notHowever, it was a lot of phone tag when callingUnfortunately when they would call it was while I was at work and could not answerI would call back but would always get their voice mail and most times the voice mail box was full and I could not leave a messageOnce I have received the item on October 24, I will consider this complaint to be resolved Regards, [redacted]

When my [redacted] cash worth of Ashley furniture was delivered on 12/21/one of the nightstands had a corner on the front broke offThe bedroom is tight so I asked the delivery guys to put the good stand on the side of the bed where the chest was going so it would be easier to get the replaced stand in the roomHe said it wouldn't be a problem to get the new one back thereAfter insisting they put it back there (after the chest and dresser were in and it was very tight) they damaged the footboard of the bedThere was also a damaged corner on the dresserMy power recliner and power reclining loveseat would not recline and the backs on the recliners were not attachedThe back flap on the center of the loveseat has a Velcro strip with nothing to attach it toThe loveseat is working the recliner is notI'm still waiting to hear what will be done about thatThey have been back times and replaced power transformers (one was dirty and obviously used) and my chair DOES NOT WORK! I bought Ashley furniture thinking it was good quality furnitureI am extremely disappointed that for $ [redacted] this is type of service that is given!!

I have left a message for the guest to call me and I have emailed the store for the status of the pillows

I tried to call the guest but couldn't leave a message We have canceled the sofa The guest was never charged for the sofa because it was never delivered When the guest finances the financing doesn't start until the furniture is delivered
