I met with Rod, the store manager, on Sunday at 1pm He made an offer to replace our purchase with any item not on sale by 50% off He also would include the warranty for free.I then showed step by step why the warranty was bogus The more I showed him The more I realized that he did not know anything about the warranty's limitations.He then offered a letter stating that he would back the warranty 100% To this I stated again that the warranty did not cover anything.He then asked for an example I stated that if you vomit the warranty is void He tried to get his manager to state that it covered vomit But his manager said she did not know I said here is the warranty Read it for yourself He then said I will cancel your contract if that is what you want I said yes, thank you He then said, "I need to check with corporate office before I can do that You will here from me in hours." So by July 1st I should hear back I am almost sure he will not cancel the contract given his previous reputation

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[We did receive a refund for the desk which we never received, we were told the soonest anyone could deliver the bolts to put the furniture together that we received on 12/30/would be on 2/18/15, the entertainment center was delivered with flaws and is still unassembled in our living roomWe were also told that once furniture is placed in the home all they can do is give in store creditWe never received the product we paid for and we don't want anymore dealings with Ashley Furniture, so in store credit would not be acceptableWe have asked for the parts to be picked upWe don't get anywhere talking to the customer service peopleWe would like a full refund on the entertainment centerWe have never had to seek legal counsel for something we have purchased but will if needed]Regards,*** ***

of merchandiseI can certainly understand the frustration the guest may have experienced in awaiting the arrival of their purchase in fullIn regards to the delay while we do understand and empathize with the consumer we must advise that the chair required to fulfill their order did experience a true manufacture delay and all information provided was clear and accurate to our knowledge as we are solely a distributor and all merchandise is order from the manufacture for the consumer at the time of saleIn that regard while we do all within our power to provide accurate time frames for merchandise arrivals, merchandise can be delayed at a manufacture level due to supply and demand of the productI am however pleased to advise at this time that all concerns for this guest have been resolved in fullA partial delivery was completed for the consumer on 12/21/of all items purchased with the exception of the chair;The the remaining chair was successfully delivered on 1/7/to the consumers satisfactionAll services have have been rendered in full and all goods purchased have been delivered to the satisfaction of the consumerPlease advise if any additional steps or measures are required to be taken at this time to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.Sincerely,Deannie F*

I am rejecting this response because: ASHLEY FURNITURE HAS A PATTERN OF SAYING ONE THING, BUT NEVER FOLLOWING THRU ON THEIR WORDIT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE WHAT THIS MELANIE PERSON SAIDI HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AS OF YET FROM THEMI WAS TOLD BY A MANAGER NAMED SAHAR THAT SHE WILL PLACE AN ORDER FOR REPLACEMENT SAFA ON 10/26/AND SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACKBUT OF COURSE IT WAS LL A LIE AND NO ONE HAS MADE AN ATTEMPT TO CALL ME. ASHLEY FURNITURE IS PLAYING GAMES WITH ME AND THIS IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLEI WANT MY SOFA REPLACED NOW!!!!

We have delivered the bed. Tried to call the guest to follow up after the delivery but can not leave a message

We have delivered the guest furniture but the headboard was missing legs. We have reordered and are delivering on 3/11. I have left a message to apologize for the inconveniences and to made sure we are resolving all the issues

Please see attached to fully understand the situation and my frustration.I am almost to the point where I just want my money back and to cut all ties with this lackluster organization. There needs to be some sort of compromise on their part
