Let me begin by saying....stay away from this company if you think you may need them to come back to do warranty work.....they put a new roof on my elderly mother in law's home and the shingles were defectiveShe had a year warranty and after years they blew off and now they have been ignoring our repeated callsWater is going into her attic, the insulation has black mold, and if we get another company to come in to make repairs, we were told that would void the warranty !! Since March of there has been a tarp covering the hole..here it is July and finally they were sending someone out to fix it...but guess what......NO SHOW !! MrPatrick Nussbeck (owner) could care less.....never would recommend this so called A+ rated company

Aspen Contracting did roofs, gutters, window and facia metal wrap and vinyl siding on three different homes for us due to hail damageThe materials and workmanship were higher in quality than expected They were very professional through the entire process and I would use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat

Aspen promised a free upgrade to High Impact shingles for us to sign with themThey did not put high Impact shingles, They put on TAB shinglesThey did not completed the roof and the work was shabbyThey did not replace square ftof siding on the rear which the Insurance Company paid for so all the siding would matchThey only pulled out the siding where it was damaged and replace it (appro square ftif that much)Did not remove and Replaced the Fascia metal, Did not removed and Replaced wrap wood post with aluminumDid not removed and Replace Furnace vent rain cap and storm collarDid not replace dryer vent cover which was damaged during hail storm as promisedI don't think they bought up to Code either

We just want to say thank you to Frank S., project manager at Aspen Contracting, Inc., and his crew out of Maryville, Illinois My husband and I had roof and gutter damage to our home from a recent hail storm We contacted our insurance company and was given Aspen's name through their claims adjustor Frank called us almost immediately and set up an appointment to look over the damage He was on time and did a very thorough job of checking our roof, gutters and siding Once he looked everything over, it took no time at all before his crew came out and replaced our roof in one day and a day or two later had the gutters replaced as well They did an excellent job and the clean up was fantastic We couldn't tell they had been there after they left We know people who had contacted their insurance companies over damage from the same storm and they are still waiting for their work to be completed We just wanted to say how well pleased we are with a job well done

I do not know how else to say this, I do not want to talk to them again and be treated the same way I was when I was there and do not want to be lied to againI keep getting phone calls at work and e-mails which I responded to and clearly do not want to go back especially when they make their own schedule and I'm at workYou have not stopped calling and it is annoyingI DO NOT want to go back to that place again and need this to be resolved some other wayIs it a mandatory to go back and resolve this with them or is there any other way?

What I am receiving is the canceled warranties that I canceled before putting this complaintThe check for the amount the are returning is will not be ready until Tuesday September 1stWe will not finish this until we receive the money even thought it was not the amount I was asking to be returned

At the time Ms*** submitted her cancellation request for her products, her lien was still with *** *** BankWe processed her refund and sent the check back to the lien holderWe showed Ms*** a copy of this cancelled check when she came to the store September 1, We have had additional checks waiting to fulfill the customer goodwill portion for Ms*** since August 19, She was notified via email on August 19,2015, that these checks were readyIn that same email we attached copies of all checks that we cut in order to satisfy her requestsWe have done everything that Ms*** has requestedWe ask that she come back to the store immediately to sign for and pickup these checksWe cannot have this case continue to held open because MS*** is waiting for a refund from a third party

Aspen Contracting did a beautiful job on my roof I was really impressed I think we have the nicest roof in our neighborhood

This company is fantasticHonest, dependable, reliable, can't say enough good things about the people and the companyThey go well above and beyond to ensure that customers are taken care ofI am blown away by how efficient and effective they actually are

What I think of Aspen not as a whole but one individual that works for themI hope that its not the practice of aspen but only one rotten egg A*** *** that works at the MO office is a lair and theif He lies , stalls , misinforms and bully's customers on warranty work to try and get out of any claimsHe is a thief when it comes to the subcontractors that aspen works with And i'll add on that he is very un-profesional when talking to contractors To anyone wanting a new roof , painting, ectdone I would advise to look else whereI have had PERSONAL experience dealing with aspen and with customers with warranty work and if this is the norm for aspen when it comes to claimsI suggest going else where
