My name is *** ***/*** *** and I would like to file a formal complaint in writing against the company, Aspen ContractingI have had nothing but problems from the gand have tried filing complaints via telephone but have been given the run around by several individualsI've spoken with a *** & *** along with various other individuals and have received nothing but rude, vulgar and unethical behavior from all these individualsI had originally requested an estimate from the company which I was told would be sent to me via email however I have yet to receive anythingSince then I have attempted to contact a higher up at the company and was told I was speaking with a General Manager however he has very unprofessional mannerisms; he was very rude and was yelling when I tried explain myself to himI am trying to cancel services as I am aware that I have a certain time frame to abide by and am trying to meet all these deadlines in a timely mannerSeveral individuals

The dealership has been in contact with Mr*** and is working on a resolution

Around 4:pm I got a knock on the door from Aspen ContractingIt was a man and womanThe mans name was Brett J*** I politely told them that we were already going with another contractorThey didn't seem to understand thatI had to tell them times that we were not interestedFinally I said thank you and shut the doorI peaked out my window and noticed them both walk across my yardI have two trees in my front yard and have a soaker hose wrapped around bothThe man saw the hose and intentionally kicked itI quickly opened the door and confronted himThe man said he didn't do anythingI told him that I saw what he didHe said he was just wiping his feet on the grass
I don't like being lied tooEspecially when I see it first handI know it's not that big of a deal, it's just a water hoseBut its the principle of the whole thingIf this company doesn't care for other peoples property and belongings, they probably will do the same for your home if you decide to go with them

By definition, having your roof replaced is not a service anyone desires to undertakeOur roof was replaced due to hail damage, and when that happens, restoration resources for the community at large are strainedIn short, the work that Aspen Roofing did for us was challenging, in short, it was necessarily difficult to make us happyDespite the nature of these challenges, Project Coordinator Aaron L humanized the process and made sure our best interests were maintainedA memorable moment: At one point he called to tell me that our gutters were completedI couldn't believe that was true, we didn't even see the them replace the gutters, and I work from home! After telling this to Aaron, he came by on a ladder, and he showed me that the gutters had in fact been replacedRather than taking an adversarial tone, as I expect many of his competitors may have, Aaron was grinning from ear to ear as he warmly pointed out that the work had been performed10/10, would recommend

Aspen Contracting repaired our roof after major hail damage in August, Matt *** coordinated the insurance adjustment, the total replacement of asphalt shingles in November, 2017, and collected full payment for more than $30, Upon completion Aspen provided a lifetime warranty This complaint covers problems I found on site in January and tried to resolve with *** by more than four emails and by two site visits by two of his agents The crew was very sloppy throwing shingles from the roof, causing significant damage to four trees This was settled by giving us a credit of about $for the damaged treesBad work, regrettable damage, reasonable compensation 2) During an on site inspection I pointed out the agent Brian the failure to clean up nails, plastic washers, and splinters of cedar shingles; he said he would return that day Two months later no cleanup; Connor was called and we discussed cleanupAs of May 14, nails still all over the place,

Fast and smooth from start to finish, and communicated very well throughout the entire processVery satisfied with my experience with Aspen Contracting

On May 18, Aspen Contracting completed the roof on my house Since then I have been requesting a final detailed invoice of the work done with final pricing so that I have it for my records AND so I can submit my final insurance claim for reimbursement Both my insurance agent and I have spoken with the sales person and he has talked with the office numerous times Everything that has been sent by the office is not a detailed final invoice and does not have the information I desire and need I have also tried to call the office directly and email the office to no avail

What an extreme disappointment aspen contracting has beenI have been waiting mos to see how they would handle my issues before submitting a complaintFrom day one - this has not gone wellMost recently, a work order was submitted to address the outstanding items, unfortunately the repair guy Pablo insisted I sign off on the work order after only completing one item on the work order to fix the leak / pitch issue Pablo said I had his personal guarantee he would call me that day to be back to schedule the items on the work order if I signed off on it Never received a call nor showed back up I tracked him down on facebook and he indicated he would be back Monday (oct 14th) He never showed up Items remaining include: Painting L Flashing, new kick out flashing, and addressing area of run off over side of roofOSB boards are still laying in front yard which pablo said he would pick up and the previous crew left drip edge flashing with nails protruding laying in backyard

Great company to do business with Did what they said they would when they said they would for the price they said

I was looking for a roofer to fix a leak in my bedroomIf you have a leak in the winter do not call ASPEN contractingAccording to them they only do warranty work in the winterSo don't waste your time

They did a new roof for me& I was very satisfied

First, let me say I rarely, if ever complain, but instead would rather resolve any issues I may have with the parties involvedHowever, I believe I am justified in filing a complaint concerning my recent problems with Aspen Roofing Company(www.RoofsByAspen.com) I encountered numerous issues with roofs installed by this company and very little help from customer service Issues included leaks, flashings around solar tubes, vents, and chimneys, and standing water in the cellar where the furnace is located affecting heating

We were referred from a friend that had his roof done and he was very happy with themWe decided to have them come and check our roof after we had a severe hail storm, to find out that we had hail damage on our house and roofDwight came and did an inspection and found that we did have damage, He came back when the insurance inspector came byHe was on the job site during the installation periodicallyHe kept up with the progress of it all, very accommodatingVery happy overall, and the roof looks great! They kept tarps down to catch alot of the nails , and they did a great job in cleaning up the yard afterwards

I have had a very positive experience so far with Aspen roofingThey have been most helpful in working with me on my hail damage from the June hailstorm and also the storm yesterday, the 6th of AugustI have been very happy with their work so farQuick to respond if there has been any issues etc

Outstanding throughout entire process! A+ Florence totaled our roof With so many claims in our area, I reached out to the Raleigh office for help We are repeat customers and I was told an Aspen Group had been deployed to the NC coast Neil was our Project Consultant and worked with us every step of the way He went above and beyond to get us several different, difficult quotes for our roof buildHe kept in touch during the entire project and managed a great crew The clewas great and crew was very careful of vegetation around the house Roof looks great! I would not hesitate to use Aspen againThe price is fair and the project managers are not pushy at all, they just want to build the roof you are comfortable with

The family of Aspen Contracting did a great job it a relief it is to know that now by back deck porch is now repaired and safeTheir employees are first class and it was a pleasure have them at my home*** ***

Aspen Contracting in Charles Town, WV has been wonderfulWe spoke with the representative Blake and he helped us decide what was best for our homeWe look forward to the work being completedI highly recommend you call Aspen and have them come out to your next home project!

I contacted Aspen after storm issues in my areathey entered my info and told me one of their contractors would contact meI recieved a call and met with *** ***, who discovered hail damage to my roof and guttersHe told me all about Aspens products ans warranty, and how they work with insurance to get everything fixedAt this point he said I should contact my insurance companyI did, and called and let him know when the adjuster was coming out*** came out and went through with the adjuster the problems with the roof and gutters, and told me to let him know when the adjuster had their reportI called when I had the report and then e-mailed him the findingsAbout a week later I received a check from my insurance company for the depreciated value which also includes my mortgage companyThis is the check he said he needs to get everything started and orderedI ask, and he tells me the next step is to take the contract to my mortgage companyHe says he will e-mail it over

We hired Aspen Contracting to replace our roof and gutters following a hail storm in We chose them due to their national presence and Revdex.com accreditation Unfortunately our experience was not very positive The crews that tore down the old roof and installed the new roof were not supervised by Aspen employees We have a large house and the entire roof was thrown to the ground in about minutes The clean up each day was sloppy - we were picking up nails and other debris for months after they finished And payment was a challenge due to issues with both our insurance and mortgage companies, but Aspen didn't seem to understand how complex these issues were So they threatened several times to put a lien on our property Overall a pretty frustrating experience

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/04/13) */
