Siding is coming off the house and garage that was finally finished in December which was months after it was ordered and replaced from AspenIt did come in earlier but it was wrong so it had to be torn off and reordered which left the house exposed to the elements for another weeksApril was when we noticed the siding coming off after it was finally replacedWe then started calling AspenIt is now July and noone from the service has ever called me backAspen is never there when I call, how convenient it is for them once they get your money to never look back

I have had Aspen Contracting come out and do an inspection of my propertyThe rep, Christine, was more thorough than anyone elseThey are terrific at explaining the process and taking care of the details with my insurance companyWonderful company to work with!

Aspen contracting put a roof on my home and they did an excellent jobthey were thorough and attentiveall debris was cleared and the roof was completed in a timely mannerInformation was provided on the company and I received help dealing with the insurance companyI highly recommend Aspen to anyone that needs a roof

I was so impressed with your project manager, Troy P***, what an amazing young man and if it was not for him, I would have never gone with this company only because I have never heard of this company, but Troy was persistant in our city of Cullman, Alabama, he never gave up even with the doors slamming in his faceWhat an exceptional man you have in this guyHe knows this job like the back of his hand, you can tell he eats, sleeps and lives for roofingHe is now getting orders from people that wouldn't give him a minute beforeHe is so delightful to talk to and my insurance adjuster even got a long with himThank you for this young man and the training he has gotten and I can tell he has learned this company like it was his very own businessThe crew that showed up at my resident didn't take a break till they were finished and it is 8:p.mnow and they are cleaning up the yard, what an amazing crew, they are relentless in the job they are doing

We are not stormchasers as this homeowner has in put in his comments, we have been doing work in and around the Lexington, KY area since We have had our license in the area since We will continue to do work in and around the area for many years to comeThe homeowner must of not have
thought this before or got some crazy idea because he signed a contract with us so obviously he did research on us because no one would just sign a contract to do repairs on someones house without looking into them. Aspen provided a free no obligation inspection to the homeowner the homeowner and stated that we felt there was enough damage to call the insurance companyThe insurance company came out to the house and didn't pay for complete replacement just repairsWe wrote up an estimate and took photos and sent them to the inside adjuster of the homeowners insurance companyWe cannot make the insurance company pay for anything or come back outWe have to send in estimates and photos, wait for them to reschedule an appointment to come back out with the homeownerWe don't have any control over if and when the insurance company will come back out, they have a a contract with the homeownerThe homeowner had some siding damaged and we explained that if the siding wasn't available then they would owe to pay for the entire side of siding but the only way to do that is to take a piece of siding off and send it off to a company called *** to get a report back to provide to the insurance company, the homeowner was fine with thatWhen the homeowner stated to the manager that he didn't want to use us anymore then we said fine(even though we had done a lot of leg work)We will certainly come back out and put the piece of siding back on the houseWhen a homeowner signs a contract to do work based off the insurance scope of loss and then doesn't agree with their scope of loss and wants us to work with them to get more approved we can't start the workThe homeowner has a problem with their insurance company not the Aspen

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with AspenMy family needed a new roof badlyIt had recently started to leak and was losing shingles whenever there was a big wind storm, which is very common in my areaJesse M*** was our Aspen repHe came out, assessed the damage, and helped us file our home insurance claimHe was there every step of the way, from meeting with the insurance adjuster to the actual installation of the roof itselfThe communication was fantasticHe was constantly in touch via email, text and phone callsThey planned starting the project according to the weather forecast - when there was a sunny few days they were scheduled to come outOn the first day of the project, a team of arrived promptly at 7am and got to work tearing off our old roofBy noon, the tear down was almost completeThis was a HUGE project, as it ended up that there were total layers on our roof! Another team members joined at this point and worked solid until 6pm-ish, when they came down and started their clean up for the dayIn the morning, the original members returned and finished putting the rest of the roof on and were completely gone by noonThere was not a sign of them left behindThey cleaned up all of the debrisThe only remains were our brand new amazing roof! A few days later, another contractor from Aspen contacted us to come and repair some drywall in a closet that had been damaged by the leakingHe worked with our ever-changing schedule, was prompt, and did an amazing job restoring the closet back to perfectionBy comparison, a neighbor two houses down is having his roof replaced as I type thisThe team has been there three days so far and is not even close to being finishedThe poor guys yard is a MESS -- all his plants are trampled and there are shingles all over - even out in the street!!! He should have called Aspen! Lastly, Jesse M*** was also beyond helpful when it came to getting the payment from the insurance taken care ofAll of the paperwork was prepared for us - we just had to sign some documents and he took care of all of the restThis could have been a miserable, expensive, time consuming home improvement experience, but it could not have been any smootherI know I will not hesitate to call them again if I ever have another contracting project that I need a professional company to perform

Aspen Contracting has failed to complete the assigned work on a hail damage claim filed almost a year agoThe contractor has received payment in full and shortly afterwords has failed to return to the jobAspen Contracting was last at my house in October of with numerous attempts in communication to get them back to the job

Aspen was the most professional company I have ever worked with when it comes to roofing I am so thrilled with my new roof Rick explained the process from start to finish - what they would do and what I could expect from them The lifetime warranty - the speed of getting the job done was amazing! I couldn't be happier EXCELLENT COMPANY with EXCELLENT communication skills So thankful! Recommended to many people!!!

The Bengtson family just finished a huge project with Aspen, new roof inside work also, we did have a bump along the way, Jody stepped in and gave great customer service to make things right!!! Jody, Duane & Carol are just wonderful!!!! They care very much about the customer being happyI would give them a

We purchased a house where Aspen Contracting replaced the roofThe warranty has been transferred into our names and is a workmanship warrantyI have submitted a claim to have a warranty repair done to the roof because we have water leaking into our bedroom walls from where the roof meets the chimneyAspen installed flashing at the junction point but neglected to install a proper cricket to divert the water away from the chimney and down to the gutter lineAspen has denied our warranty claim saying that a cricket wasn't on the roof that they replaced, so they didn't install one when they did the replacementAs professionals in the roofing discipline, they should have realized that the design called for a cricket to be installed in order to keep water from pooling behind the chimney and flowing into the walls! I, as a homeowner with no roofing experience, immediately knew the design of the roof around the chimney wasn't correct when I climbed up a ladder to see why we have water run

Aspen Contracting Incfailed to complete the hail damage repairs outlined in their contractAfter numerous phone calls to the initial project manager continued excuses where given and work was never completedAfter an extended period of exchanged phone calls the project manager explained that he did not have time to complete the project and had no plans to return to finish the projectMy repairs where then passed from the initial project manager to the Wichita area officeThe representative from the Wichita office came to residence and did the inspection and explained that the work would be completed by his officeIn attempting to following up I called the Wichita area rep only to receive back a text message that my repairs are being passed along to the warranty office since the project has been open so long

I am so glad that Whitney knocked on my door to offer the services of Aspen RoofingShe was great to work withUpfront and honestMy roof and gutters look very niceI would recommend this vompany

Absolutely awful!!! I signed contracts to re-side two homes Unfortunately they started both at the same time, so I was unable to stop them from doing the second home after seeing the results of the first
The work that they did complete was awful and much of it had to be done I am still waiting for them to finish some work, and now they are not returning my calls or emails
Corporate had also called to check on my satisfaction, and wanted to know why the work was shocked to find out the work is not complete They had been told by supervisor that all work was completed
I would never use them again for anything Stay away, especially from Anthony M*** SCAM!!!!!

I had my roof and gutters replaced because of hail damage Aspen did a fine job on both My only complaint would be that I asked them to put down tarps to keep nails out of my yard and although they promised they would they didn't I have found lots and lots of nails in my yard which does not make me happy since I have lots of grandchildren that come and play here They also did my window wraps and it took three times to get it right so I would not recommend having them do your windows But my roof and gutters look great

The customer has signed a release regarding this deal therefore we consider her issues solved.Ms*** also has a call into our corporate office which will be returned later this week

We had to have our roof and gutters replaced after a hail stormAspen roofing gave us the best quoteAfter checking with others that had been satisfied with their work, we went with them Did a great job, and even quickly resolved some of our concerns with gutter replacement
