Aspen Contracting, Inc. Reviews (123)

Our controller has been in contact with the customer.  The customer let us know that she would be in contact with us when she was not at work.  We look forward to speaking with her.

While we understand the customer's frustration, we disagree with much of the customer's story. His credit card was credited for the down payment before he left the dealership. He signed a credit application authorizing us to run his credit. As for the financing of the vehicle, the bank decided it...

could not extend financing as a result of something in his credit background that was not disclosed at time of the contract.   We do not owe the customer anything at this time.

We have documented proof we sent things to the insurance company. Just because right when he called we didn't know his name off the top of our head doesn't mean his stuff wasn't in our system. We have thousands of homeowners and we don't know everyone right off the top of our head, that is why we keep a sophisticated document managers service to keep track of every inspection. He should have made a complaint to the Revdex.com on his insurance company not us. We tried to get items paid for but we can't force the insurance company to do anything. Its not our fault he is mad all his neighbors got a new roof and he didn't. We don't need to spin it in any way.Fact-we stated we would do a free inspection-we didFact-we said we would write up a scope of loss(cost money-didn't charge to homeowner) we didFact-we said we would order a aerial measurements of his house(cost money-didn't charge to homeowner) we didFact-we said we would send in a supplement to insurance company-we didFact-insurance company isn't paying for damage-that is between homeowner and insurance companyFact-We told homeowner he could be let out of a contract after we did all that work and used money/time to perform that work

On the first visit our service department could not duplicate the problem.  On the 2nd visit, he repaired the leak once it was found.  After that the customer went elsewhere for repair instead of bringing it back to the dealership.  We cannot reimburse her for the repair.  However, we would be happy to offer her an oil change at no charge available for 1 year.  We will notate it in the customer file and if she wants to claim this, we advise that she print this as well and bring it in with her at the time of service.

We have been trying to reach the customer regarding his vehicle so that we can get his issues resolved.  His parts arrived. We ask that he please call [redacted] as soon as possible.  [redacted].

Complaint: [redacted]
I am...

rejecting this response because other consumers should be aware of the fraudulent tactics used by this dealership. We had an appointment to test drive a particular car. They claim they sold the car half an hour before I got there. Well, first they said it was 2 hours before I got there. When I questioned them later about why they didn't contact me so that I didn't waste my time coming in, they said it was really half an hour.  I would like to see evidence that they sold the car in question. I don't believe it existed, and I think they used the non-existent, too-good-to-be-true offer to lure in people like me, and then try to sell them a more expensive model. They refused to accept the original asking price for other comparable [redacted], thus it seems unlikely that they sold the car they claimed for the price they were asking in the ad.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Yes I would be able to send what little documentation we do have... however I do not have a scanner to be able to scan the documentation we have. is there another way to get the documentation to you?

The customer did purchase the vehicle AS IS.  However, when she brought it back with an issue, we agreed to fix it at no charge to the customer.  The repair order paperwork states very clearly that the radiator was repaired, not replaced.  We are sorry to hear that when she had an...

issue the very next day that she did not come back to our service department.

complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me.
I did sign an agreement, but the dealership has not fulfilled what was agreed. I received a check and a tank of gas, but the car was not cleaned completely and the alloy wheels have not been furnished. I have not received a call back from the messages that have been left the sales manager or general manager. I received a call from the controller they will not longer assist me; and that I will need to work with their corporate office. I put a complaint to their corporate office, waiting for their followup. Sincerely,
[redacted]

Our biller in the office received this call and immediately cancelled the products. The check for $1197 has been sent overnight to the bank. [redacted] tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXX

Our dealership did pay the remaining lease payments due on Mr. [redacted] car.  It was a total of $414.  We did not agree to pay any excess wear and tear or fees, which is what these fees are.

The customer has spoken with the General Manager and they have a meeting set for this weekend.

The customer was in our dealership looking for a car in September.  She was not able to qualify for financing.  She did sign a credit application which gave us permission to run her credit.  Nothing was done improperly.

This homeowner paid us in full on 7/24/14. We agreed with her that we weren't doing anymore...

additional work and she was paid in full.

We called homeowner and they stated that they are fine with everything, they didn't think the complaint actually got submitted

Don't think this should be a complaint,

President

Mr. [redacted] has been in contact with management at the store and they have resolved any and all of his issues. The customer is now satisfied and we consider this complaint closed. Thank you

The customer and dealership personnel have spoken.  They have come to an agreement.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: they never followed up with insurance company as stated. One of the Aspen reps quit immediately and the other got terminated. The second rep talked me into trying to get 2nd inspection. He said there was damage and he would send a supplement to ins adjuster. He never did. they can spin any way they want. They didn't do as they should have after they terminated the person. they had no clue who I was, Now they act like they did. I don't want anything from them just wanted others to know what they in it for and customers are not their priority.Regards,[redacted]

Can Mr. [redacted] provide his legal name so that we can find his information in our system?  We can address his concerns after we get that information.

When a customer writes us a personal check, it usually takes 10 business days to clear the bank. Once we see proof it cleared, we return the payment, as is the case with Mr. [redacted]. Our controller contacted the customer and let him know that...

we put his check in the mail today. Thank you.
