They did fix my roof in a very timely manner and the salesman was very personable until it came time to payOnce they finished the work he was on me 24/to make sure he got the rest of his moneyI got the check when I got home from work (pm) and he wanted it that very dayHe did not believe me when I told him that the amount the check was made out for and the amount that was due was differentI have found a lot of nails and staples in my driveway, there was trash in my yard, and I have found at least shingles either on my deck or in my yardThey did not clean up well at allAlso I was told that all of my gutters and downspouts were going to be replaced but they did not replace one of them, the one that was in the worst shape
Overall, they work fast and seem to do a good job on the roof, but do not keep all their promises and hound you for money at every possible opportunity

I got my roof replaced in June of by AspenI heard about them through my church who had their entire roof replaced and did a great jobInitially, they came out and did a free inspectionThey found weather related damage (hale)They also noted shingles I had initially installed was mandated by HOA and they had mfgdefectAspen repthat did inspection (Mary ***) did a great job on initial evaluation, report details with pictures and then explained it all to me in great detailAfter learning of hale damage, I called my insurance company and Aspen agreed to share their findings with my Insurance inspectorAfter insurance guy climbed on roof and Aspen repmet them at my house to share info., my insurance guy told me "you need a new roof"Within days, I had my 1st check and the process beganAspen completed the work on the agreed date and did a great jobThe Aspen repwas on site during the entire installation and able to answer any issues during construction My concerns regarding minor details of a major construction job were addressed and resolved by Aspen THE BEST THING IS "THEY GAVE ME A YEAR WARRANTY WHICH CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEXT OWNER OF MY HOME" My church was given a YEAR WARRANTY, but my shingle brand was mandated by my neighborhood HOA, so Aspen gave a year instead (I'll not complain about that)

Our roof was redone by Aspen in the spring of 2016, we hired Aspen because we know the couple that run the Aspen of MichiganIn hind sight I wish we would have more thoroughly vetted contractors prior to choosing AspenCurrently have been getting the run around for 4+ months waiting to get the wall of our house fixed, due to a leak caused by improper step flashing around the chimney(The step flashing physically stops before the end of the sub roof.)
9/4/- I first noticed the leak while in the basement during a hard rain labor day weekendI contacted Michael to get our roof looked atNumber attempts at contact9/26/- After some pestering, they finally sent someone out on to look at the roof, he agreed the step flashing was the issue and that we'd be getting a call with a "quote" soonI asked for a response and after a couple of attempts was told that they didn't know of any quote in process for me10/4/18, 10/11/18, 10/17/asked for updates10/23/- I call Aspen Corporate to try to get someone to come look at our issueI then get a response, and was given a half-baked quote from someone who has never seen the roof issue, (and didn't know the situation based on the quote.) I provide feedback on quote and ask for it to be updated to match what we need doneA few more update requests11/5/- Another Aspen employee is finally sent out to look at our roof, now 2+ months after first contactHe doesn't even get on the roof, just talks to me next to the house and gives me another quote, this one less and states that he'll be contacting me as soon as he has a crew lined up to come fix it11/20/- Contact Aspen as I still have not heard from anyone about the crew coming to fix the leak11/28/- Attempted contact again12/5/- Contacted and told that our house would be getting scheduled shortly12/12/- Asked for update on the roof being scheduled1/14/- The date this is being written4+ months out with a physical hole in the wall of our house under the siding, and the only thing keeping rain from continuing to come in there was the rain diverter I installed back in SeptemberIn short I would not recommend Aspen, in fact I would strongly encourage you to avoid them at all costs if you are looking to get roof work done

Aspen Contracting roofed my home in May of I started having major leaks in March of and called for my warranty repairsAfter three different Aspen contractors came and repaired roof the leaks became worseI then contacted local roofing company for repairs and Aspen did agree to payHowever I am now six months in fighting with them to properly repair the interior damage caused by the roof leaks
I have had three different quotes submitted to Aspen but they have refused all threeThey want to come in with their subcontractors and just patch the problem without taking into account the water damage behind the wallsThe quotes I submitted ranged from $6,to $7,while aspen says it will only take $1,
I am very unhappy with the quality of the original work by Aspen and totally not satisfied with their response for interior repairs

I have to share my opinion on their effort - it was painful!! They did a great job to get my work and actually worked with me and the insurance co in the beginning, then the problems started Our work consisted of roof, gutters and wrap Unfortunately we were also trying to build an addition too and we wanted to wait until the addition was built to "roof" the whole house at once I was told that was "not a problem", the addition took longer than expected and when it came time to roof (late Oct) they wanted me to wait until next Spring (March) to do the job!! NO WAY was I waiting until March so I threatened to pull the deal and they suddenly "found" a crew to roof the next week, but couldn't do the gutters or wrap until Spring - not a big deal until March came around Well after about 10-calls and numerous "managers getting back to me" from March 1- May I finally decided to find someone else to do the gutters and wrap - they still have all their wrap and gutters in my back yard - they were too "busy" to come and pick it up.....probably too embarrassed too

There are not enough gold stars to rate this outstanding company!! Five gold stars just isn't simply enough! "Aspen ROCKS"!! In all my experience with contractors I have never been so pleased! Very professional and did over the top quality work!! My roof, gutters and downspouts were replaced in a very timely mannerExcellent sales presentation and very responsive on all my needsOther people in my neighborhood with other companies are still waiting for their roofs to be replaced and their signs for roofing repair are still up and still don't have their roofs doneWhen you call Aspen they respond immediately! That is why they are the number one residential roofing company nationwide! Don't hesitate when you need a new roof, call Aspen!

Aspen installed a new roof for me a year and half ago Workers on the ground were hard working and nice to work with They damaged my Dish satellite but replaced it but after I found out it was busted, they didn't own up to it until they were caught A month ago I had my house inspected to sell and they noted damage on a small part of the house It was caused by replaced flashing but Aspen states they didn't do the damage I've had a home inspector and two other contractors state this damage was caused by "forced" action not natural damage Aspen states this damage is caused by the house settling It's extremely frustrating they won't own up to causing this damage They are the only persons on the roof in years I now have to take them court I know and they know I will win based on the evidence I will provide but they are hoping most customers won't go through the hassle of following through I wouldn't recommend this company for business

I am rejecting this response because: On the second visit you did not repair the leak, all you did was put glue on it and then told me and told my son that you had installed a new radiatorTotal lie. Why would I bring it back to you for further service? So that you can put more glue on it? I do not trust your service, they did not fix the problem. I had to go elsewhere for repair because your dealership was obviously trying to cheat me and was not going to properly fix the problem. I still believe I am due a reimbursement for the cost of this repair

I had hail damage a few years ago - the shingles Aspen put on sliding offMy insurance said improper installation- nails were overshotAspen says they're honoring warranty but patching the roofInsurance inspector recommended a new roofAspen sai when the other shingles start falling off then they would replace themBuyer beware!! I've been trying to get my roof fixed since May!!!

We regret that the customer did not have the experience she expected at our dealership If the customer is still interested in a vehicle, we ask that she call the store and ask to speak to the controller who will handle her needs

Did a fantastic job on our roofing and gutter project. Finished on time with no complication. Now...I just have to save up for the siding for the Spring!! Thanks again Aspen!!
