Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I made it very clear on my multiple attempts at calling the location to cancel that I was unable to get through to member services, and could they please help me in any other way These other two methods if canceling were never disclosed to me until yesterday which is far after the fact of me trying to cancel New York a sports Clubs purposely makes cancelation overly difficult so they can continue charging past when someone wants to cancel I believe this is also apparent by the sheer number of Revdex.com complaints received for billing issues in the past years Furthermore, I had informed the manager at the gym when I go ally did arrive in person to cancel that my credit card data had been stolen ad part of the Bailey's online data breach and that the card was no longer active for charges He did not request new card dataI should not bbe charged at all because I did not have seen their services on the day period from my I I tial attempt to cancel, I made multiple attempts to cancel which the manager refused and did not provide the other two options The contact us form on the Web site has nothing regarding cancelationFurthermore, I fail to understand why I owe a payment at the beginning of March I prepaid my first months of service which began sometime on or after January *** That would put me up to date to March [redacted] or later depending on the day I started This company continues to use dishonest methods to prevent people from canceling their membership and then insisting on payment despite not providing the resources to readily do so In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We apologize for any inconvenienceMember [redacted] enrolled into a Premier membership on and Locker Services agreement on The member was charged $on 8**which was a prorated amount for use of the Locker Services from through On the member was charged a $usage fee for using the [redacted] clubThe member has a Premier membership which is single club access to South BethesdaOn the member requested to cancel the Locker Service agreement effective providing the day notice required to cancelOn the member placed a future cancellation request for the Premier membership to be cancelled effective The Premier membership will remain active until and there will be a $cancellation fee per terms of the membershipOn the member was billed $which is the Annual fee for the membershipThe Annual fee is set to bill on every June [redacted] of each yearSince the membership was active on June [redacted] and until 82016, the Annual fee was billed and is validThe member disputed this charge which was settled in our favorDue to the dispute the billing information has been removed and we have been unable to collect the monthly rate of $due on We will also be unable to collect the $cancel fee set to bill on The member must update the billing information to pay the balance since these charges are valid

As stated in our prior response, the debt in collections will be removedWe have sent a request to Central Credit Services and the debt will be removed within to business days

Member [redacted] enrolled into a Passport Commitment membership on At enrollment the member paid the $Annual fee which bills every year on the anniversary of the enrollment dateAt the time of enrollment, the monthly rate for the membership type Sandra enrolled in was $ per month, but due to promotions offered on that day, the member received a discounted rate of $per monthThe contract does not state the monthly rate would be $but that the Annual fee is $The member was charged the correct monthly rate each month and is due no refund for the rate.Regarding cancellation, if the member requesting to cancel in the first months of the membership while in the commitment period, the member would have been subject to a $Early Termination Cancel FeeThe member requested to cancel on and at this time completed the commitment period and the membership was then in a month to month statusThe cancellation terms state that once in a month to month status, the membership would cancel effective the next billing cycle with a $cancellation feeThe membership was cancelled according to the terms, effective and the $cancellation fee is set to bill on The member was also charged the Annual fee of $on 916, since the membership was active and she just requested to cancel that day in which the Annual fee had already billedSince the member is cancelling one year after enrolling, we are willing to make an exception and waive the Annual fee as a courtesySince the member already billed the Annual fee and has yet to bill the cancel fee, we will stop the cancel fee from billing on 10/01/and refund the member $from the Annual fee charge totaling the $costThe membership will still remain active until but there would be no further billing
