incidence. As for calling our Revdex.com rating into question, I can assure this gentleman that we are an accredited business. As of right now, we are awaiting the photos and estimate although, per our insured any damage to either vehicle is extremely minor.Thank you,[redacted]

betterment, we followed the complainant's wishes. The complainant spoke with one of our supervisors, the physical damage assistant manager and other team leads about the issue and each one has explained to her the situation at hand. She finally took the vehicle back to the body shop who sent the complainant's vehicle out to the dealer to have the alignment checked again. The dealer aligned the rear cross member and advised that the rear cross member bushings are wore out. The dealer listed that they test drove the complainant's vehicle and it drove fine without any issues other then needs bushings replaced, which is a maintenance issue and not loss related. At this time, Unique stands by its decision on this claim.Thank you,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I was only informed of being responsible for store once and that was roughly three weeks after the accident. At the very least I need you guys to pay for the tow from the accident site to the store facility your driver disabled my vehicle completely and was found at fault for it the car would not have needed to be towed at all if it wasn't for his actions so I should not have to be responsible for the vehicle being towed away. On a separate note your manager did not have to be as rude as he was to me. I was simply trying to work something out because this bomb had been dropped on me of having to pay all this money for something that wasn't my fault. I was not rude with him and he blatantly and endlessly insulted me. Unless you guys can provide proof that you warned me previously about me being responsible for the storage I don't see that I am responsible for these fees. The least you can do is offer to pay for the tow from the accident sit to the storage yard.Sincerely,

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.The complainant's adjuster left the company and therefore his claim was stalled. We apologize wholeheartedly for this inaction. Since then, the new adjuster has contacted Mr. [redacted] and is moving the claim forward to resolution. We are waiting...

on documents from others involved in the accident and, once received, can resolve the claim in a timely manner.Thank you,[redacted]

We are very sorry to the complainant for her issue with lack of communication. I see from the claim notes that this claim is denied based upon the company policy; physical damage does not carry over form the policy only liability.Thank you,[redacted]

Unique is in the process of investigating this claim. This loss may have a coverage issue which requires further review. When the adjuster explained this to the complainant on a previous call, she said she understood. While we can understand the frustration of the complainant, we are working to resolve this claim as quickly as possible. Thank you,[redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.This complaint is closed and denied by Unique Insurance as our Claims Supervisor and Physical Damage Assistant Manager both concluded and agreed that the fire was a result of an electrical short/failure and this is a direct exclusion per our...

policy: "(f): damage which is due and confined to wear & tear, freezing, mechanical or electrical breakdown or failure, unless such damage results from a theft covered by this policy".As for it taking awhile for Unique to make a decision, I see from our claim notes that  the complainant did indeed contact our company several times asking why no action has been taken and the same response was given: the complainant had not submitted the requested documentation so we could not move forward with the claim. Unique finally received the documents February 10, 2017 after having initially mailed them on November 30, 2016. From there, it took a short time until the denial was sent to the complainant.At this time, Unique stands by the denial as per the reasoning of our policy.Thank you again,[redacted]

Claims Department was verifying coverage of the policy for the date of loss. Unfortunately, this claim is denied since the person who had the accident with her is no longer a Unique Insurance policy holder. Their coverage canceled a month prior to the accident. The complainant should receive or has already received a letter in the mail saying as much.Thank you again,[redacted]

After further review of the file, and no response from the insured, the claims team handling this claim said a denial will be issued. The complainant will receive a denial letter in the mail with an explanation.Thank you,[redacted]

We are very sorry about Mr. [redacted]'s response and can understand his frustration in the denial. Coverage issues are in place to protect both parties of the claim and ensure there is a clear picture as to what is going on with the policy. Our Underwriting Department reviews the coverage issues and provides the information to the Claims Department. There was no coverage for this loss at the time of the accident therefore the loss is denied.

You know your company exists to only refuse payment and screw over people. You had an F with the Revdex.com for the longest Time. You have News stories about your sm company. [redacted] your name and see what people say on [redacted] reviews. A police officer came to the scene and found your client at fault in the accident. Furthermore, I have a independent witness to the accident. I want a written letter stating why you are denying me.  I will see you in court where I am sure your reputation proceeds you.
