At this time, Unique paid out the one towThe complainant also was notified on January during a conversation with one of our claims associates that we would reimburse one towUnique is not legally responsible for the first tow as it is expected that the driver will mitigate their responsibility for storage chargesUnique paid this tow since we needed to review the vehicle for appraisal purposesSince it affected the claim, we went ahead and made the paymentAt this time, the decision to pay the one tow bill still stands.Thank you,*** ***

not, it is simply a requirement per the insurance policyUnique does apologize for the lack of communication but per the claim notes, an offer has been made and the insured has acceptedWe are waiting for completed documentation and will then resolve the claim.Thank you again,*** ***

Per the claim notes, the complainant did contact the company on 06/21/about the rental amountHe was given more money and, per the claim note, "Claimant happy and thanked me." We usually recommend that consumers try priceline.com, hotwire.com or other travel websites to get the best deals on vehicles.Thank you again,*** ***

is an inaccuracy in this complaintOur appraiser did view the vehicle
on in early November and submitted the estimate on 11/The vehicle
was viewed at the complainant's workplace which would require our
appraiser to receive
permission to go on the premises to review the
vehicleSomebody had to provide permission, if it wasn't the
complainant then who could it have been?Also, the estimate has
been rewritten due to an item which was not included in the first
estimate; it is now $The complainant took the vehicle to her
shop of choice, which she is more than welcome to doHowever, Unique
will only pay for the parts which need repair not the replacement of an
entire panelIf the complainant would like to take her vehicle to her
shop, we will only pay for the portion stated in our estimate and she is

I am rejecting this response because: Your insured had just purchase this vehicle and per any insurance law has 30days to report the vehicle on the policyBut I forgot this company doesn't follow the insurance practiceIt's mighty funny whomever responded to my claim wants to reject this claim claiming vehicle not listed when on 2/5/I get a letter in the mail from your company to fill out in reference to my claimSo this person whomever he or she is can go crawl back under the rock they came out ofThe bottom line is this insurance company charges their customer these high premium with no intentions to paying claims out and I don't understand how in the world they are able to get away with thisI am not only speaking on a personal level but on a business level as well because of a client I have with no insurance pay off on her damages in almost a yearMaybe *** *** *** *** *** etcneed to band together and get with the insurance commission to put a stop to companies like thisI am going to fill out this form and mail back on 2/8/from there let my insurance company handle the restBecause it is obvious they do not want to pay and from the look at the many Revdex.com complaint they seem to always get around what a real insurance company is suppose to do

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.A claims adjuster from the complainant's carrier filed this claim with their own companyHer insurance company towed the vehicle to the tow yard and therefore should be handling this claim on their endOur adjuster attempted to contact the
tow yard to discuss the vehicle but their line was busy each time she has phonedOur adjuster contacted the complainant and left a voicemail on 01/15/telling her she is trying to contact the tow yard but to no availOur adjuster then called the tow yard again today and still busy.Thank you,*** ***

** **I can 't accept the resolutionThe adjuster from the unique insurance finally came on Tuesday June She did acknowledge that the person who insured with Unique is 100% at fault and she would provide an estimate about the cost for the repair and work with the body shop where I'd like to have my care repairedAs of now, we have not received the estimateAs indicated in my original claim I do not have collision coverage through my insurance carrier, I will have to wait for Unique's estimate before I can have my care repaired. So far we have not receive the estimate and I can't not accept the resolution until all is resolved
