I am rejecting this response because: Unique is making no effort to investigate the validity of my claim or independently verify what indeed happenedI am fairly certain that an experienced adjuster examining my vehicle and the tow apparatus of the insured' vehicle would reach the conclusion that the tow apparatus did in fact cause the damageHowever Unique is acting in bad faith by simply taking the insured's word rather than conducting any semblance of an investigationThis gross dereliction of responsibility leaves me no choice but to file a complaint with the State of IL over Inique's shameful conduct.

I am rejecting this response because: I dispute the claim that Unique Insurance driver was not 100% at faultHe most definitely was not almost through the turn, but in fact turned in front of me in an attempt to "beat me through the light"The police report clearly indicates his fault and adds that he was driving aggressivelyI also have received nothing in writing from Unique Insurance in an effort to settle this matter and I most assuredly have always been extremely serious regarding this matter and my desire to have my vehicle repaired by the responsible partyI clearly had the right of way and the Unique insured driver failed to yield that right of way to meI have a copy of the police report and have obtained it and forwarded it to Unique Insurance at my expenseI expect this company to be professional in the handling of this matter and have not received any written communication from them regarding an offerIf the Revdex.com would like a copy of the police report and other documents I will be happy to provide them

The driver did not have a valid licenseHe never didI know that from the police dept You have a reputation of insuring non license drivers Hundreds of complaintsCustomer service took all the information, even have me a claim numberDays went by and I heard nothing...they even were sending an adjuster out to see damages I finally called to be told the policy was cancelled I assume after you received the police report to find out the driver was at fault I'm not assuming.....your reviews, the hundreds of reviews that unique hasAll state the same problem I am having

I am rejecting this response because: I waited over months and I'm not accepting any thing unless I receive a check in my mailbox to fix my car or you can feel free to send an adjuster to New York to inspect my car Legally you're supposed to reach out to me and fix my car since you guys knew since the accident happened on December This is April and I still haven't got what I desegre lawfully Hopefully the *** report and my wait time of months does justice So I would like a solution as soon as possible , I am not going to wait any longer since I already waited months Thanks you for understanding

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Unique has been in contact with this complainant since her claim was filedWhile we sent requests for documentation and reminder letters, we did not hear from the complainant until the rental on the vehicle from the claimant carrier was
about to endAt one point she retained legal representation then she ended that relationship but for that period of time, we could not speak with the complainant directly. As of Friday, our Special Investigations lead spoke with her and explained we need some documentation to close his investigationOnce received, we should be able to resolve the claim in a more timely manner.Thank you,*** ***
