Paramount Recovery Systems is licensed in the state of Florida. Our license number for the state of Florida is ***. If Ms*** has any further questions or concerns she can contact our office at ###-###-#### This communication is from a debt collector

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I reside in
Nashville Tennessee and the TSCA, Tennessee Collections Services ACT which govern collection agency licensing and bonding in Tennessee , require a collection agency to be licensed and bonded in the State of Tennessee. Paramount Recovery IS NOT licensed or bonded in Tennessee. And also, Paramount Recovery has failed to provide validation of debt. This is against the Fair Credit Reporting ACT and I would like Paramount Recovery to cease reporting this debt and remove the accounts from negative reporting from Trans Union, Equifax and Experian
