investigate. However, the sign up bonus points that the member is requesting may not be applied if found that the participation was indeed terminated for not meeting the criteria. Our survey invitation to join the panel specifically require the member to qualify and complete their first survey.We will review their survey participation and will reach out via email on what we may find out.

They still have yet to tell me exactly what happened and refuse to redo their policies thus continuing their ability to manipulate their survey takers. They should be held to the same standards as other companies so as to not give an unfair advantage and should absolutely be investigated so that other people are not taken advantage of

Unfortunately, our Accounts team could no longer reactivate the account because of the violation of the Terms and Conditions. We found out that the accounts are fraudulent. I am rejecting this response because: iPoll since it has been bought by the new company still owes me money. I have tried and failed to reach anyone in customer service on the phone about missing $8.50 from surveys I have taken that should be credited to my account and still is missing. I'm fed up with not being able to speak to anyone and the fact that I am still owed money!

I am rejecting this response because:Even though they reactivated my account, they ONCE AGAIN blocked me from my account by citing "data issues."  This is getting pretty maddening. This time, I tried to cash out 100 points for $10 of [redacted] cash, then I receive the error.  I had 115 points in my account.  I would like to be paid for my HARD-EARNED TIME for these surveys ASAP.  I have notified the company but they give me their 'canned' response - I have to provide all identifying information (this time I had to provide it THREE TIMES...RIDICULOUS).  I'm so sick of this company.  I may cancel after they pay me my $11.15.  I'm getting real tired of being screwed out of earning opportunities, follow-up surveys for product tests I was enrolled in through them, and out of money that I EARNED through their site.  I want my $11.15, deposited into my [redacted] account IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
