I am rejecting this response because: iPoll says they process rewards as soon as the survey is closed but I have had to call MULTIPLE times over the past year and fight for a month if not longer to get incentive that they owe me, so that's a blatant lie. I was told I would be getting my incentive on Friday and it's now Tuesday and I have yet to see it in my account. As for contacting the support team, most of the time they're completely unhelpful and have to be contacted at least 5 times within a month or two to actually get results from them. I am not closing this ticket until I see my incentive, because I do not trust iPoll and once I receive my money, I am closing my account.

I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the company twice on 9/13 via their customer service number provided in my email correspondence and called them twice again on 9/14 and have yet to hear back from them. I have also provided information that I am the owner of both my [redacted] account and my paypal address but I have been given the runaround by the company and it seems like they are not willing to help me wit this issue although I am proven to be the owner of both my [redacted] account and my paypal accounts. They also need to reevaluate how they deal with customer service issues because I have yet to receive a call back from their department.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the same response that I have received over again and again.  They are not providing any detail as to what 'other accounts' they assumed to be linked.  I have no other accounts, I only have one account, that is it.  I've asked them over and over again to provide information that they are assuming is 'linked' to me.  As I mentioned, yes, I have contacted ipoll support from two separate email addresses as I had updated my default email address on my iphone, but I have only ever user one ipoll Account - just one, and only one.
