As a first time purchaser I was a bit concernedYou know the old saying "if it sounds to good to be true its probably notI may case the people at Authentic Watches were very helpful followed through on everything they promised and made my buying experience pleasantBased on this experience I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and will be back again

I am rejecting this response because: I'm not sure what they're referencing with respect to the white dial model as they clearly offer it on their website You offer a silver dial and a white dial for the exact model I purchased, yet the picture for the silver dial model is clearly displayed with a white face Furthermore, their explanation that we "were aware of this it was a special order (evidenced by the fact that we waited for the watch to arrive)" is ridiculous If it was a special order then it should be clearly labeled as so with the potential implications clearly outlined, a client shouldn't be left to infer policies based on delivery time framesLastly, I also forgot to mention that authenticwatches.com sent me an owners manual in ITALIAN So when the watch stopped ticking I was unable to read the manual as im not fluent in ItalianDoes this seem fair? Should I have to resort to google to learn how to use the product I just paid over $5,for? I feel like all im asking for is the product pictured on the website and an owners manual in English Regards, Sixto Alonso

DECEPTIVE DESCRIPTION OF WATCHES -- WARRANTY FROM MANUFACTURER IS NOT PROVIDED AND IS VOID (BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THE STORE'S WARRANTY IS ADDITIONAL AND IT SHOULD SAY THAT THE WARRANTY FROM MANUFACTURER DOES NOT ALSO COME WITH IT) THAT MEANS NO AUTHORIZED DEALER CAN SERVICE THE WATCH AUTHENTICITY CARD OR LETTER FROM MANUFACTURER IS NOT PROVIDEDSEVERELY IMPACTS RESALE VALUEHOWEVER AGAIN UNCLEAR ON WEBSITE THAT THE AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATE PROVIDED BY RETAIL IS IN LIEU OF THE MANUFACTURER'S AUTHENTICITY VERIFICATIONWHO WANTS AN AUTHENTICITY LETTER FROM AN ONLINE RETAILER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO DECEPTIVE AND REFUSES TO REFUND MONEY AFTER ITEM IS RETURNED AND THE COMPANY TRIES TO KEEP YOUR REFUND BY SAYING THE WATCH WAS RETURNED IN A DAMAGED FASHION

Authentic watches offered very kind customer and fast shipping service I highly recommend this company to everyone who want to buy high quality watches I am 100% happy with my watch from authentic watches Thanks again

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: For the same reasons as previously stated 1) I was told and confirmed by email that the watch would arrive in two weeksI relied on the misrepresentation for the wedding gift which was now not going to arrive in time 2) I worked with staff over the phone to try and get a similar watch in stock to arrive in time, which they did replace but for a more expensive watch at an added cost to me 3) the watch we received was not the desired style so my now husband ordered another watch to arrive on our wedding day, under his nameThis transaction was also arranged over the phone and paypal bill sent to my email address4) We were never told, and the website does NOT clearly indicate that there is a restocking fee for purchases over $5) The restocking fee of $is unreasonable and does not reflect actual cost to the company for restocking the item Regards, [redacted]

I don't usually shop online for items this expensive However after reading the positive reviews and calling the company I thought I would give it a try The watch is beautiful! It fit my arm perfectly The only concern I have is the clasp is thick so it won't come off If you have a small wrist, it might be slightly uncomfortable I received a follemail from Authentic Watches I would definitely purchase from them again

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I will respond to the salient points and also clarify my complaint AW - No seller of watches at a discount online offers a manufacturer warranty (including Amazon, Overstock, Costco, etc.) I am not discussing this with Amazon, Overstock or CostcoI am discussing it with Authentic Watches so can we stop wasting time trying to bring other companies into the equationThis is classic behaviour when a person wants to draw attention away from their own actions AW - The client has repeatedly advised us that our actions are illegal, and repeatedly demanded that we provide her with the applicable legislation I have at no point advised the company that their actions are illegalNeither have I repeatedly demanded applicable legislationWhen I received it I referred to it AW - We have repeatedly provided her with the laws which clearly articulate that this is allowed, and absolutely legal (in fact, it's universal)She has repeatedly rebutted stating that our actions are not legalBy stating that this is allowed Authentic Watches are clearly aware that this behaviour is a ‘grey area’ and they are hiding behind a trading method that treads close to the law as it is morally challengeableAt no point have I stated that any actions are illegal, I have questioned whether I have been sold a fake item as Tag Heuer state quite clearly that every single timepiece they produce and sell comes with a Tag warranty cardIt is therefore a fundamental element of the product that I purchased and has been removed for reasons that have not been made clearSkirting around my direct questions by referring to Amazon and ‘every company on the planet’ is not answering my perfectly reasonable request which is; where is the Tag warranty card which was provided with the watch? AW - "There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof." "The foregoing is the entire term of warranty, and no other warranties are included, nor shall be construed to have been implied." There is another warranty though, the Tag warrantyI am not asking for extra warranty, I am asking for the warranty that the manufacturer provide AW - However, every one of the 220,000+ timepieces we have sold to date have not come with a manufacturer warrantyThe same can be said of the millions of watches sold on Amazon, as well as every other online non-authorized watch dealer in the world You are saying that you are a non-authorised watch dealer? However your website strongly implies otherwise: “Unlike most online watch retailers you may encounter, AuthenticWatches.com started in the industry as an authorized dealer of high-end watches and jewelryThe family business, known as McPherson Jewelers, had been family owned and operated since Wanting the business to grow and expand its southern California base to an international scale, a bold decision was made to venture into the online marketplaceIn this day and age, what better way is there to serve a larger proximity of clientele than by transforming to an online business? And so, the still family owned and operated business was rebranded as AuthenticWatches.comKey to continuing the success of the business has been serving online clients the way they were served at McPherson Jewelers - like familyThe biggest benefit our company has found from the retail to web-based transformation has been the ability to mark prices at more accessible rates to please our clientsBy ordering items in mass volume from authorized dealers, we are awarded with heavy discounts, which we pass along to our clients.” You will need to point out to me the section in which Authentic Watches then explains that it moved from being an authorised dealer pleaseSaying that you buy from authorised dealers as an online presence does not extrapolate naturally to an understanding that you are no longer one of the authorised dealers The email I received from Authentic Watches on April 19th “The warranty service we provide is nearly identical to a manufacturer’s warrantyIf a problem should arise with the watch, you must ship it back to us in CaliforniaWe will then send it back to the authorized dealer that we purchased it from for repair and they forward it to the TAG Heuer service center for the brandThus, the timepiece is being sent to the same place for the same service by the same professionals; the only difference is that it is routed through us first.” Correct me if I am wrong but a Tag Heuer Service Centre according to the Tag site is very specifically their own service centreHowever on the Authentic Watches site it states: “We have found that forwarding timepieces to the manufacturer generally took far too long to be worked on, due to manufacturers outsourcing their repairs to authorized service centersThe turn-around period for a general repair took anywhere from 8-weeks, often times with extra costs involved; whereas, a general repair [redacted] processed by AuthenticWatches.com generally takes 4-weeks.” So do Authentic Watches have Tag watches repaired by Tag Service Centres (which require the original warranty card) or not? Quite convoluted sentences which do not offer genuine consumer friendly transparency and conflict with direct contact (email) with the firm giving assurances that I’m not sure are completely true Whilst policies written by individual companies are guidelines they are not unchallengeable laws and Authentic Watches are doing themselves a disservice by attempting to hide behind them instead of simply letting me have my Tag warranty cardWhy should a customer have to spend an additional £GBP to have a product actually fit for use and purpose? I bought the watch in good faith and paid for itI have the right to expect it to workWhy are Authentic Watches not answering the simple questions that I have asked them? Regards, C [redacted]

This client received an brand new, completely factory fresh, intact timepieceThe client contacted us because the outer packaging of the outer box was "taped" and "seemed torn"We offered to simply ship him a brand new outer boxHe refused, sighting that Steve Jobs was highly acclaimed for the outer box of the iPhone, making it an "overall experience" He wanted to return the timepiece instead, and opted to spend $more in a brick and mortar storeWe are happy to issue him a refundhowever, we are unable to generate a return labelWe apologize for any inconvenience, however, a return label will not be issuedOnce the timepiece is received, the client will be issued a refundWe do not have the ability to generate a return label in this case The only concern the client had was the thin outer packaging of the outer box, which we were more than happy to replace, free of chargeThe client believed that it would be more prudent to return this item, and spend several thousand more dollars in a store, citing in his complaint we should be "AVOID[ed] AT ALL COST" We were more than happy to address the actual issue at hand, and correct the experience immediately (we offered to overnight him a brand new outer packaging, which he refused.) To address the client's concerns regarding the expediency of the original shipment, the client had two choices at the time of checkout: #1: Standard Shipping (free) #2: Expedited Shipping ($charge) The client selected standard shipping, opting not to pay for expedited shippingDespite that, the package arrived the very day after his order had been placedThe client then contacted FedEx and requested that the delivery be held at the local FedEx station for pickup, and he picked it up the following dayTo summarize:12/12/- (Saturday) - Order placed by client.12/13/- (Sunday) - Order Processed by Amazon 12/14/- (Monday) - Order shipped (this is the first available business day)12/15/- (Tuesday) - Item arrived at client location; client requested a hold for pick up12/16/- (Wednesday) - Client picked up itemBecause this client opted for "Standard Delivery", the date range Amazon outlined for the arrival of the package was 12/- 12/It was ready for the client on 12/As a side note, no inquiries nor grievances regarding the expediency of shipping were ever made, until the client learned that we were unable to provide a return shipping label for the return Thank you

The client has rejected a photograph of the item proving that the timepiece has been impactedWe are not able to offer any additional proof, and will return the item to the client in accordance with her requestWe are sorry that we were unable to satisfy this client, however we are not able to cover service on an item which has been damaged

Incompotent ordering/customer service staff bungled my order, blamed me, refused to correct their error

The TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre Automatic Chronograph timepiece that I purchased in the summer of was sent back to Authenticwatches.com in April of for a warranty repair related to the chronograph function Roughly months later, I received the timepiece back in time for the 4th of July holiday weekend, where my family and I went to the beach After coming out of the water, I noticed water had gotten inside the case I immediately checked the crown to see if I had left it loose, but that was down tight I then checked the bottom of the case and noticed that it was loose, and could continue to be loosened without much effort, which allowed the water to get in That's where the issue lays: I completely understand that water damage is not protected by any warranty, however when a vendor claims that during every repair process, a watch is always pressure tested according to manufacture specifications, there is no way that a watch would actually be shipped to a custo

+1

I long time searched the internet store for authentic hours, which offers goods at reasonable prices In this shop, I was satisfied with everything: the actual quality of product, price and delivery time Thank you very much for your good work

Authentic Watches sent me a beautiful watch much faster than I expectedI will do business with them againHighly recommended

We apologize for any inconvenienceThe advertisement for no restocking fee is clearly marked with an asterisk denoting that terms and conditions applyThis is the universal practice for all businessesThe text you are referring to is a link that is to be clicked onThat link takes you to the terms and conditions: http://www.authenticwatches.com/info.html#"All domestic purchases on items showing as "In Stock" under $paid fully by Amazon Payments, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover will receive a full refund minus shipping fees (calculated on www.fedex.com); or a full value one time exchange for a similarly priced item plus shipping feesA 10% restocking fee will apply on all other orders, minimum $50; or a full value one time exchange" Because your order was outside of the terms on our website, in that it was in excess of $5000, the No Restocking Fee policy does not apply to your order, as stipulated in the foregoing terms We apologize for any inconvenience, however, we are not able to credit back the balance %%

First, the entire complaint and demand for refund is arbitrary, as the client is already entitled to a full refund less shippingThis client is comparing a brand new model to an old, discontinued model purchased several years agoWe have repeatedly advised this client to take the item to an authorized dealer to verify authenticityThe client refusesThe client believes that all Omega watches have identical cases and paperwork spanning decades of productionThis is simply not trueThis client has made an erroneous assumption that the timepiece she received is not authentic by comparing this brand new, current model to an old, discontinued modelThere are indeed differences, both in the engravings and in the documentationTo use an analogy, my Ford Explorer does not look like my previous, Ford Explorer That doesn't mean that my car isn't authenticIn addition, the client has articulated that she feels the watch is not authentic because it does not come with a manufacturer warrantyNo watch purchased online comes with a manufacturer warrantyThis includes all items sold by us, and on Amazon, for that matterWe assure you that neither we, nor Amazon, are selling non-authentic timepieces because we don't provide a manufacturer warrantyThis client has a very simple solution to alleviate any concerns: Take the item to an authorized dealer, or ship it directly to the manufacturer, and they will easily be able to verify authenticityWhile the client is there, she may wish to compare it to the same model (the current, not discontinued and redesigned model) in order to see that it's identicalHaving said all that, the client's purchase was made in a manner such that she is already entitled to a full refund (less shipping), assuming the item is returned with no signs of wear The remainder of the client's story is inaccurate, with the entire assumption of non-authenticity made by having an untrained eye visually compare it to a completely different model

I recently bought a Tag Heuer watch from Authenticwatches.com and had an exceptional experienceWe are in Canada and so the price was excellent and this was matched by the customer service It is hard to purchase something this expensive when there are so many disreputable companies selling fake products but fear not The watch is authentic, the CS and communication was smooth, freindly and knowledgableS&H was free and very quick with FedEx All in all I would highly recommend dealing with this company to family, friends and anyone reading this reviewA+++

"I purchased a Breitling from Authentic watches and had need to contact them twice for stupid new customer questions Besides getting a a kicka$$ watch at the best price, their customer service was exceptional, with immediate responses and call backs These guys are the real deal and I will be a customer for life when it comes to watches Shop here rest assured! August Werdenberg Merritt Island, Florida"

This client received a timepiece and wore it for a couple of months(The assertion that it was worn twice does not correspond with the level of wear on the timepieceThis is, however, irrelevant.) There is a clearly articulated warranty outlined on our website, as well as on the client's warranty cardThese policies were agreed to on Thursday, June 4th, at 4:09pm PST There are no terms outlined, nor implied, indicating that a client is entitled to a full refund if he feels it has taken too long to service a timepiece We have never strayed from the original date which we advertisedOur GM P [redacted] spoke to the client and assured the client that the item will arrive no later than "mid-October" That was the only due date which had ever been promised the clientThis due date was well within the posted lead time for repairs which is clearly articulated in our policies (weeks)The client called in on October 1st (weeks prior to the deadline), with a litany of threats of legal action, demanding a full refund He then initiated a fraudulent charge dispute with his credit cardThe watch arrived back from service on October 2ndBecause of the fraudulent charge dispute initiated, we must go through the dispute process To be clear, had the client simply waited until the due date (which, again, was well within the lead time for repairs, as posted online), he would have been wearing his timepiece by nowWe will not issue this client a full refund, simply because he doesn't feel he should wait for a repair (which again, arrived two weeks ahead of schedule)Had he purchased directly from an authorized Breitling dealer, he would be in the exact same situationHe would simply have to wait for service, as all other clients do There is no refund policy available on any used watches, regardless of where the timepiece has been purchasedThis is universalWe are sorry, however, we will not be issuing this client a refund

We have a day return policy, which is among the most lenient return policies in the business (most companies offer day or day policies)If an item is returned after the expiration of the returns period, we are not able to issue a full refund Our policies indicate that the item must be received back within days of shipmentThe client feels that our policies should be in line with the IRS; they are notWe are www.AuthenticWatches.com, and neither our policies, practices, nor nature of entity are similar to the IRSWe do not have a "postmarked by" return policy. This client's returned items arrived after the day returns period had expiredAccordingly, the client cannot be issued a full refund, and was issued a refund less 10%We are not able to refund this client any additional sumThank you

I felt compelled to drop you a quick line in praise of your customer service and the value that you offer your customers I was very hesitant to purchase a $10k watch over the internet — but, it has turned out to be a high value proposition that you offer your clients Knowledgeable and helpful staff, easy ordering process, super fast shipping (to Toronto, Canada was days, free shipping) and, even sweeter, is the fact that I ended up saving over $3k compared to buying this watch at a retail store How good is that? Pretty great, I’d say Thanks DougC
