Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: It should be noted that AuthenticWatches.com does not contest the fact that they knowingly sold a timepiece without the proper identification marks The reply received from AuthenticWatches.com instead cites that I am too late to complain about it I will again state that I have completed what AuthenticWatches.com suggests and have taken it to certified master watchmakers They have inspected the watch and identified that the serial numbers are missing as well as key features – both requirements for confirmed authenticity of an Omega watch In order to preserve any warranty in place direct from Omega watches and ensure proper reseal of the watch, I allowed only an Omega-authorized service center to open the watch Again, as presented in the provided invoice from my previous communication, the serial number is missing Finally, and again stated, I am not seeking refund due to loss of resale value It is illegal for me to sell this watchIt is illegal for me to insure this watchIt is illegal for me to claim this watch as authenticJust as it was and is illegal for AuthenticWatches.com to do the same This is why I am seeking a refund Regards, [redacted]

I just wanted to express my opinion on The company, Authentic WatchesI have purchased two separate high-end time pieces from this companyI have experienced great customer service knowledgeable people who will go ask a question if they’re not sure of an answer and the pricing is phenomenal I will more than likely make another purchase within a year or two Thank youBartlett Harper Minneapolis Minnesota

Flawless, highly professional service, and the best price out there Highly recommended

AuthenticWatches.com is not an authorized dealer of TAG Heuer, nor any other manufacturerWe have no affiliation whatsoever with any manufacturer, and this is clearly stated in our policies and proceduresEvery fact cited in our previous communication is trueThe timepiece has clear signs of impact, and crowns are not covered under warranty as pointed outThe client is more than welcome to have the timepiece serviced on his own accord, directly through the manufacturer

This client purchased a timepiece in It is now The
timepiece the client purchased was indeed brand new at the time of purchase
The timepiece is no longer "brand new", as two years
have
transpired since purchase
More importantly: This client damaged his timepiece
He first called in a return authorization a year ago, fully admitting he
broke his crown He never sent the timepiece inNow, he sent it in
because the timepiece has stopped workingHe has now called citing the watch
to be "defective", threatening Revdex.com complaints unless we issue a full
refund
We would like to make a few points:
Once a timepiece is worn, it is no longer brand newThis
timepiece has been worn for yearsIn that two years, the timepiece has been
significantly damaged on the exterior (pictures included)
- Purchasing something in brand new condition does not mean
it remains brand new indefinitelyIt becomes used after it is used by the
client.
This client has damaged his timepiece, by his own admission
- The client called in indicating his crown was damaged
No company, in any industry, provides full refunds on two year old
items which the client has damaged.
- Had this client bought this item at an authorized dealer,
they would not issue him a refundThis applies to every industryThere is no
company from which you can purchase any item, bring it back two years later
damaged, and expect to receive any refund.
No company will ever provide any client with an internal purchase
invoice, regardless of circumstance
- This doesn't require any explanation To use an
example, I can't go to Best Buy, return a broken Sony video camera I purchased
in 2013, DEMAND to see their invoice of
when they purchased it from Sony, and feel entitle to a full refund if they
cannot provide such documentation This request is simply nonsensical,
and cannot be accommodated
Photographs of the client's timepiece are includedThis timepiece
has extensive wear for only being in the client's possession for two
years.
- The entire bezel is very badly scratched over it's entirety
- There is a significant impact point on the o'clock lug of the
timepiece (significant enough to have indented solid steel.)
- The buckle is damaged and the wetsuit extension won't close
We will not be able to provide the customer with any refund for
any amountWe are not able to provide the client with any internal
documentation In addition, damaged items are not covered under warranty,
and we will provide the client with an estimate for the cost of service

This client sent in his timepiece and it was serviced in accordance with guidelinesThe "huge crack" he is referring to on his back case is a tiny indentation, less than a quarter of a millimeter, which is present in the pre-manufactured grooves Omega places on the back case of the watch in order
to utilize the tool to open the case backThe grooves are placed there for precisely this reasonThere are no cracks (whatsoever) on the back case of the client's timepieceFurthermore, there are no cracks on the crystal of the client's timepieceWe are unable to arbitrarily refund the client for these grievances We apologize for any inconvenience

We are sorry, however shipping costs are not covered under warranty are cannot be reimbursedThis is in accordance with our warranty policies posted online:
http://www.authenticwatches.com/info.html#We apologize for any inconvenience

Our policies are clearly posted onlineThis client has now, after having purchased this item and having it for several months, filed a grievance with a litany of opinions on what he feels the policies out to beWe are unable to modify our policies based on an individual feeling they ought to be differentWe are unable to reimburse the client for shippingWe are not able to issue a refund on a used itemWe apologize for any perceived inconvenience, however this is all in accordance with our policies posted onlineHere is a link to the returns policy:

http://www.authenticwatches.com/info.html#We are unable to assist the client with his request for a refund, nor reimburse shipping costs, as neither of these requests is within our range of policies We apologize for any inconvenience

I purchased the watch (a TAG Heuer Carrera Heritage Mens Watch) from Authentic Watches on January (Invoice number 191616) at a cost of US$The timepiece started losing time shortly after I received it requiring that I reset it every dayThis was obviously outside of what could be considered for a high-end watch so I returned it to Authentic Watches for repairI sent it in on the August and I received it back in late 2015/early The first RMA number was and it was reported in an email from Authentic Watches on the 5th November that the timepiece needed to “have its timing regulated"This defect was treated as a warranty claim as was it correctly determined to be a defect and thus covered by the terms of the warrantyOn receiving the watch back from the repair it started losing time againAs I was away at university in Canada I was unable to return it immediately to Authentic Watches but did so when I returned to Toronto in June Auth

I purchased a very expensive TAG Heuer watch for $from this company couple weeks ago I read every inch of their website, and they guaranteed the watches they sell are authentic Not counterfeit They even recommend to take the watch into a local authorized dealer to have it authenticated I did take the watch into a local authorized dealer (Jared Galleria of Jewelry) in Farmington UT, and they looked up the watches serial number on website Trusted.com, and they advised it was not a legitimate serial number I also called TAG Heuer USA and they advised all authentic watches would be registered with this website I wore the watch for less than day, and returned the watch registered/insured mail The watch had some minor scratches on it They emailed me and advised me they would only refund $ I called there customer service number and spoke to manager Amber, then was transferred to general manager Peter Grant He advised it would cost approximately $to ha

I was really afraid to buy online but I'm really glad I called them before writing them offThey explained everything, how it works, and made me really comfortableI ordered a Tag Link watch that's $in the store and only $at this websiteI mean, I would NEVER have been able to get this at full price and would have to get the one without the diamondsBut they saved me $so I now have this watch I've wanted for a LONG timeI took it to a local store to get some links taken out and they confirmed it's genuineLove my new Tag Heuer watch and I'm telling my friends about this website

This client placed an order on our website for a discontinued item We immediately contacted the client to apologize, and informed him the item was discontinued and could not be obtainedWe offered the client alternative, similar models, and offered additional discountsHe
did not want any other item, and the client's order was cancelled accordingly.
We would be happy to accede to the clients demands to fulfill an order for this discontinued item, however, given the fact that the item is discontinued and no longer attainable, we are unable to do so This isn't a "decision" we have made; we simply are no longer able to obtain this item because it has been discontinuedThe client responded with a litany of emails demanding we fulfill our contractual obligations to supply an itemWe have no such contractual obligationsWe pointed out to the client that he agreed to our policies which clearly articulate thisThe client responded with:
"We will continue our conversation through Revdex.com.
Your decision to cancel a confirmed order after charging my credit card is a clear breach of contractual agreement to meet your delivery obligation"
Here is a link to our policies:
http://www.authenticwatches.com/info.html
Here is the applicable clause, verbatim:
"AuthenticWatches.com reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at it's sole discretion. "
The system does not allow a client to checkout without agreeing to our policiesThe client agreed to our policies on Fri Oct 16, at precisely 19:11:PDT We have the client's IP address and electronic capture of agreement on recordHere is the link to the item the client purchased:

We are sorry, however, there is no further action which can be takenThis order has been cancelled, and the client has not been chargedThank you

I bought a high end Mont Blanc watch on the site- and started to have problems with the watch soon after receiving- as the watch would slow down About min per day Themonths into the purchase- the watch completely stopped When I returned watch to get it fixed- they said they found water damage and don’t cover that They then wanted to charge me dollars to fix my watch weeks after they received it I question both the quality of their inventory- for me to buy a quality watch that a watch of this cost and have it Break down so fAst- and then their business practices to not cover the repair and try to charge me so much to get it fixed Outrageous that a watch of this cost would break in months with regular use It’s a water resistant watch- so for it to have water damage with regular use seems absurd- and the fact that before that- the watch would slow down all the time is also crazy

This client has stated "this is all false" Had it been false, there never would have been a situation to begin with, as we would simply have processed the order, as we do for thousands of others Once an item has sold out, the prices increase The fact that this client's card didn't pass muster through our security apparatus is entirely beyond our controlFurther, we cannot reserve the timepiece indefinitely, and deny the sale to another client, in the hopes that this client will someday return and remit a viable payment We did offer to ship to his billing address, which the client outright refusedAs the client's shipping address is completely non-verifiableWe are sorry, however, we are not able to accommodate the client's request

No used timepiece can be returnedOnce a timepiece is worn, it can no longer be returnedIf there was a minute mark on the case back of the timepiece due to the utilization of the case back opening tool, this would have no bearing on your ability to return the timepiece, as it was not returned in brand new condition when it had been returned for service (the tag had been cut, and the watch had already been worn.)
We do not offer a manufacturer warranty with any timepiece, as posted on our websiteNo entity selling online at a discounted price (including all watches sold on Amazon) will ever come with a manufacturer warrantyWe apologize for any inconvenience, however, we are not able to compensate you for any cosmetic procedures you opt to have rendered on your own accordThank you

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
The seller kept inform me that they would send my watch to the omega service center, and made me to think that my watch should be repaired by authorized omega centerIf I knew they will open my watch privately, I would not send my watch to themI am pretty sure that I would ask to omega service center and replace it at that timeThe point is not a returned, the point is scratch, crack, any relevant, devalue the watch - this is a point.
The seller sent my watch to the private repair shop and they open my watch, and made a scratch- or crack whatever kind of sources that devalue my watch on my back case, they need to pay cost for new part of back case.
Now, I am asking to seller to refund - shipping fee + warranty cost that I paid at final sale,
And repair shop should pay me about cost for new part of back case + labor fee.
Thank you

Revdex.com:
I am quite disappointed in your offensive reply and nonsense examplesYou make me sound like a felony seeking for gain from you I was just expressing my thoughts as a client because you did not explain in detail on why the repair was not covered by the warranty How many customers will accept without hesitation that the product breaking is their fault when two different types of malfunctions happen within a few months after their purchase of a new watch? You did not give any detailed information on the previous emails and that is why I am wasting my time here Regarding the Omega Seamaster, I did not even mention that it was an defective watch nor did I ask you to repair it without any remitting payment as seen in my previous commentI just mentioned it because I received the reply from you explaining how it is not covered by the warranty without any detailed explanation It is ridiculous that you used the “crashed car” as an exampleI did not throw the watch to break itOnce again, I am very disappointed and exasperated about your company’s attitude towards clientsThis was a complete waste of my timeI have many watches and these two are the only ones that broke downI hope this is just bad luckOf course, please return my watches with no further intervention

This repair is indeed delayed, as it had to be shipped directly to Switzerland for service We apologize for any inconvenience, however we are not able to issue a refund nor a replacement on a used timepieceWe will return the item to the client as soon as we have received it back from the
dealer

This client purchased a TAG Heuer Bracelet on 6/17/2015.
weeks after purchase, the client called, indicating we did not send him the end pieces
Being that we work with high value merchandise, we have high resolution surveillance in our shipping
department, as well as a zoomed in, high resolution camera focusing on an area used for staging and packaging new ordersWe informed the client we would check the recording of his shipment to determine what had taken placeUpon checking the footage, it is clear that this client was sent a complete bracelet, including the end piecesPerhaps, in the weeks between the client's receipt of the item and call to our office, the end pieces were misplaced.
End pieces aren't sold separately; they are part of the braceletWe do not have any bracelets without end pieces, and we don't have any end pieces without bracelets.
We suggest the client double check the envelope in which it was shipped, or double check the packaging, or any other areas that the bracelet has been in within the past three weeks (car, home office, etc.)
We are not able to fabricate end pieces, nor order them individuallyThe bracelet was sent to the client fully complete

Like so many, I had genuine concerns buying a luxury watch onlineBut, my deligent research found the folks at Authenticwatches.comI discovered they’re an independently verified, well-respected business with decades-long experienceRelying on their generous return policy, I felt at ease making the big-ticket, first-time purchase over the internet
So, my Omega Seamaster arrived next day with FREE overnight shippingThe beautifully crafted Omega box, manufacturer’s tags, red pictogram card with holographic seal and other papers all looked legitNext, I examined the shiny time piece for signs of authenticity going by smart YouTube videos(Note: Since Summer 2015, New Omega watches no longer ship with the distinctive red dot underneath the edge on the engraved back, which used to signify an unopened factory seal.) Finally, since the price was so handsomely discounted, I paid to have an Omega store in Atlanta, GA verify the watch’s authenticityThis store wouldn’t have even touched the watch without its serial number (“Watch No.”) first passing their extranet lookup systemEverything checked outThe watch proved to be brand-spanking NEWThe Retailer looked baffled and intimidated after I disclosed the priceI’ll even receive Omega's own Authenticity certificate and other pertinent "extraction" info on this watch in the coming weeks
Authenticwatches.com will now be my trusted luxury watch seller for lifeThey passed the rigors of this buyer's scrutinyThey offered far-below retail pricing, free overnight shipping, a terrific return policy, and a satisfaction guaranteeFrom one who thoroughly vetted both this company and the luxury watch they sold me, buy from them and feel safe knowing they keep their promisesThey ARE who they say they are
