We have spoken with [redacted] and have worked out a payment plan for her.  [redacted] is satisfied at this time.

In good faith we are waiving deductible and repairing vehicle at no cost to customer.  Mr. [redacted] has been also given a loaner car to drive while repairs are being done.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I attempted to have a private exchange with the company. There was a bit more to the problem that was told after I filed my first complaint. The day after the accident I had to take the car for new tires and the shop informed me that the tires on the car were expired.  As the company stated in their reply they did replace 2 tires on the car they also told me that a they had performed a 100 pt inspection. one of the tires they replaces caused that accident. According to the [redacted] laws tires that are over 6 years old are expired therefor they would NOT pass a 100 pt inspection. Not only are the tires expired but they are 2 years older than the car. The tires on the car are 2005 tires 9 years old. The only resolution to this problem is a full refund of everything this company has cost me. There is no possible way to have a good business relationship with a company that continues to lie and put my safety at risk.  I have filed a complaint against the company with the Attorney Generals office and also hired an attorney. I have already lost 9 days of work dealing with this company and car problems at this point it is cheaper to pay an attorney to handle the problem.
Regards,
[redacted]

After review of this file we would like to respond in the order of the items in the complaint below: 1.

class="xapple-converted-space"> With regards to the vehicle being advertised with the wrong year, I have attached a copy of the software V12. This is how we manage our online advertising on any and all vehicleswhich shows the correct year. I have also attached a copy of our DMS software that we use to sell the vehicles which shows the correct year. All of her contracts  documents printed with the correct year.Even if for some reason the vehicle was mismarked on the windshield there was no way Miss [redacted] did not know the correct year of the vehicle as she signed all documents with the correct year. 2.  As far as the advertising $499. Our program is based on down payment and stability. The more stable you are the more vehicle you would be able to qualify for. Within the program we have different pricing tiers with different down payments that apply to those tiers as the vehicles get more expensive. For example an entry level vehicle priced at $7995 you can take delivery for $499 down with a pickup payment of $250.(We loan the customer part of the down payment called a pickup payment which is to help customer to qualify for the loan) But if you wanted a $17995 vehicle you may need $2500-$3000 down with a pickup payment of $250 to take delivery.     We would be glad to sell Miss [redacted] a "nicer" vehicle in a higher tier with more down payment.Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this issue.

[redacted] should advise them to obtain updated payoff information from American Credit Acceptance to close out her loan.  Ms. [redacted] acknowledged the necessary steps needed to complete her payoff process with American Credit Acceptance.   There is no refund due to Ms. [redacted] from Auto Now Financial Services.Thank you,

EmojiSymbols;">In response to the complaint filed with the Revdex.com on Sept 15, 2016,  Auto Action has reached out to Mr. C[redacted] to address his issues and have come to a resolution that both sides have agreed upon. It is our understanding that all issues with Mr. C[redacted] have been resolved.

Please feel free to contact me via e-mail, mail, or phone with any additional concerns. Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this issue.

After review of this file we find Miss. [redacted] was in  our service on 9-21-2016 with an engine code for cat,  lower core support bent, and radiator leaking. After inspection it  was obvious that the...

vehicle was taken off the road from the mud that was all over the underside of the vehicle and the damaged core support. We feel this damage has caused the radiator to crack and is currently leaking. If this damage was done at the time of the sale  Miss. [redacted] would not have been able to drive 1791 miles since her purchase on 8-27-2016. Under the terms and agreement that the customer signed at the time of sale, this voids the warranty due to misuse or abuse of the vehicle.  In the interest of good customer service,  even with the obvious damage we were willing to honor the warranty to repair the vehicle under one deductible of $299.00. This should have been charged two deductibles with the damage to two covered items, the core support and the catalytic converter. (Which the offer is still valid)  We understand the customer has denied going off the road but the evidence clearly states differently.  She has  declined the repairs.  We stand by the warranty if she would like us to repair the vehicle we will gladly get it done. Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this issue.

After review of this file we find since Miss. [redacted] is not one of our...

customers we cannot divulge specific information pertinent to her mother's account but I can answer generally speaking. We do conduct a 100 point inspection on every vehicle we sell. With regards to the light situation again that would be specific information so I can't comment.
With regards to the plate charge complaint. We do not charge any customer  for the plates at the time of sale. We pass the charges on to the customer as the plates come in. There is no profit made on the plate fee whatsoever. There is a Purchase Order, MVD form that every customer signs at the point of sale acknowledging the understanding of this process.  Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this issue.

I will be returning the car I did. I did not damage Anything and Feel I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for any repairs I didn't cause I've asked for a print out of what was fixed on the car before it was sold to me and no wants to provide me that information so I'm Already guessing they knew it was a problem when I got the car but thank you and I will not Do anymore business with Auto Action and will be returning the car as soon as I can

We have attached three different documents that Miss [redacted] signed at the time of sale acknowledging the deferred payment. It is not possible that she was not aware of the deferred pick payment at the time of sale. Thank you again for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.

I put a total of $700 down for the car. I was not told about a pick up payment.

This company does not represent The Revdex.com Code of Business Practices. My wife has sent out numerous of emails and messages, including to Brian Jackson, and Arturo Viramontes, both upper management at Auto Action. She is still waiting to hear from them in regards to our experience at the dealership. Their salespeople and managers are deceitful and greedy. They care more about making "a sale " rather than human lives. I was sold a broken vehicle that could have cost me my life. The engine could have sparked a flame and blew up, while I was traveling down the highway going 75 mph. It puzzles me as to why they were determined to put me into this vehicle, (the death trap)and not the 1 my wife and I wanted. I witnessed several customers getting what they came there for. Is it because I'm African American and there's hidden resentment towards my race? My overall experience was degrading as a human being and as a man. I trusted the salesman and thought he had my best interest at hand.

My wife called their insurance provider and they do not compensate for anything. We was told that it was required to purchase their 90.00 insurance plan, in order to drive off the parking lot. If they are going to sale under false pretenses, at least they can do is provide mechanical coverage because what good does collision insurance do, if the vehicle is not operable within hours of purchasing it. Just because this dealership is a "buy here, pay here" we consumers are entitled and deserve the same quality vehicles as anywhere else. These automobiles carry precious cargo, human lives such as, children, women and parents.

I have photos to the inside of the overflow tank, I showed it to a mechanic with over 20 years of experience and he knew right off what was going on with the engine. So who is liable for distributing defective auto mobiles from this used car dealership?

From the looks of it, this was intentional and a gross violation of neglect!
