Auto action in [redacted] great customer service treated me like a regular

I purchased my car at the avondale location , and they were EXCELLENT, and very,very,very helpful , Their customer service was OUTSTANDING everything about this location is great I will be recommending this location to all my friends I absoutley love this location

On November 7, 2014 [redacted] purchased a  2007 Chrysler Sebring VIN # [redacted] with 104,531 actual miles, with a Free 12 Month 15,000 mile limited warranty. (signed and on file)  With regards to Mrs. [redacted] brake issue. Mrs. [redacted]...

brought the vehicle into service on 1-7-15 for an oil change. After inspection we notified Mrs. [redacted] that the rear brakes were bad and we quoted her the cost of repair which she denied. On 2-12-2015 Mrs. [redacted] contacted the service department and stated that the vehicle needed towed in because the brakes failed.  She stated that her friend did the brakes and after inspection we found that the brakes were not installed correctly.  We put the brake shoes on correctly, bled the system and turned the drums so that it was safe to drive and correct.  With regards to Mrs. [redacted] desired settlement.  Brakes are not a covered component under the warranty she signed.  The cost of the repair and tow was her expense due to the brakes not being covered and the tow truck since her friend did the job incorrectly.  No refund or compensation is warranted.   If you have any questions feel free to contact me at the number below. Thank you,[redacted]Regional Manager###-###-####ext. [redacted]

Auto action in Chandler is AMAZING!!! we've been trying to get a new car for a while; everywhere we would go we would get denied. When we got there everyone was friendly and got me APPROVED!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY AND SUPER EASY. I'm so happy with my new truck and great full to Auto Action in CHANDLER for helping us.

I refuse to accept this response.  They need to tell the truth.  Yes, they did replace in June.  How about the paper work and many many verbal statements that they said nothing was wrong with the car right after and during the 6 months after they fixed it, before the warranty ever expired. It has been in and out of there for over a year for the same problem.  After you fixed the gaskets in June, we still complained and had brought the car in a few times (before the warranty expired) and you claimed there was nothing wrong with it.  It didn't run good after all that which you know, because we have called and brought in the car for your service department to tell us nothing was wrong with it. I have the paperwork showing that.  Also, yes you did talk to me,  but so did about 6 other people.  You passed me from person to person, and that person would tell me they would take care of it, then the next thing I knew someone else would be contacting me, telling me something else, hear my side, and have someone else contact me.  I also sent a copy of the invoice you gave me stating that the shaking of GM's is normal when starting.  They have an issue with that and told me that is NOT normal.  Keep lying.  I have all the proof to show I have tried and tried before and after the warranty to fix this.  It took you 6 months to fix the gaskets the first time, after we told you about this, which you told me there was nothing wrong.  I paid for that car to be towed to your department, which no one there would tell me where to tow it.  For 2 weeks I tried to tow it back to you and surrender and none of you would tell me where to bring it.

We have spoken with Mrs. [redacted] and we came up with an agreement that we will hold the vehicle until the 15th of August when she will get paid to pay towards repairs and passed due amount. Once she does that we will help out with a payment plan on the rest of the balance.  In good faith we are...

I purchased this vehicle back in late 2013. When I got the vehicle they had to air up the tires. They said I can receive new tires but the service center was closed and would have to come back another day. So when my husband went to the 19th Avenue location they said they don't have time and to schedule an appointment. They then told us they will not replace tires that the vehicle was sold as is. I had a flat maybe a month later. When I took it to [redacted] they infromed me the two front tires were 1997 tires, mind you my vehicle is a 2003. The guy at the tire shop told me to ask them why those tires were on the truck because they are very dangerous to be driving. When we had purchased the vehicle the guy urged me they would change the tires because he understands the danger of having the tires and said they would change them. It never happened and they refused. Then Yesterday when leaving my house for work all my transmission fluid came out all down my drveway. After having someone look at it they advised me the transmission line was rigged and had been cut but not repaired just "bandaged". I called them regarding it and like the other issues they did not care. These people are rude and fraud because they sell you a piece of crap car and then put high interest rate on something they know is not worth that money. They are not a good company to do business with and I will not buy a car through them. I have contacted 3 on your side to investigate this company and the vehicles they sell.

Just bought my new vehicle from auto action. Arturo treated me great, was in and out quick. Try to find another buy here pay here dealer that will give you a free warranty, free roadside assistance and oil changes. I recommend everyone to auto action.

I can definitely say that I am a hard to please customer, but my sales representative was very accommodating. He helped me find the perfect car and gave me a great deal. off at service on 02/02/15. Mrs. [redacted] concern was thatshe was experiencing transmission failure. Vehicle was road tested and on board computer was scanned for trouble codes, scanner found one trouble code present (p0755) shift solenoid B fault. We advised Mrs. [redacted] that her vehicle needed to be sent to a transmission shop for further diagnostics. At this time Mrs. [redacted] was also advised that the vehicle was out of the 1 year 15,000 mile warranty since her vehicle had been purchased on 09/10/13 and had traveled 25,221 miles since purchase. Mrs. [redacted] was made aware that if her vehicle indeed needed a transmission rebuild that she would be looking at approximately $950 but we would not know the final figure until the diagnostics was completed. Mrs. [redacted] agreed and requested that we proceed.  The Transmission shop had the vehicle for about a week while performing diagnostics on the vehicle before calling in to the service department to ask if the vehicle's transmission system had been previously worked on. The transmission shop had removed the transmission for inspection and found that the vehicle had a new set of shift solenoids and the wiring harness to the solenoids had been damaged. At this point the Mrs. [redacted] was contacted with regards to the findings, she stated that the shift solenoids had been replaced by her husband but he had no success in repairing the vehicle. Mrs. [redacted] was notified that due to the fact that the transmission had been tampered with it would take more time to find the true cause of failure. Mrs. [redacted] was more than ok with providing us with more time to diagnose.  During electrical testing the transmission shop found that the damaged wires to the shift solenoids was causing problems to the on board computer. On board computer ended up failing due to bad wiring but vehicle continues to run and shift but does experience a hard shift. Mrs. [redacted] has been charged nothing for all of the diagnostics performed so far.  The transmission shop will no longer work on this unit due to liability on a vehicle that has been tampered with previously. With regards to Mrs. [redacted] desired settlement to return her $800.00 deposit. Mrs. [redacted] is out of the warranty period and we have tried to assist Mrs. [redacted] with a cost efficient way to repair her vehicle. We will continue to do that if Mrs. [redacted] would like.  Mrs. [redacted] would be responsible for any repairs made to the vehicle but as a customer we would help at a reduced labor rate. If not Mrs. [redacted] can pick up her vehicle and take it to a shop of her choice to have repaired. Mrs. [redacted] signed a legal binding contract and she is obligated to fulfill that contract. Our experience at auto action in avondale was fantastic! Both miguel and tony g[redacted] were unbelievably helpful.

On March 21, 2014 Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt VIN # [redacted] with 141,615 actual miles, with a 12 month 15,000 mile, whichever comes first, limited warranty (signed and on file) that covers all lubricated parts of the motor, transmission, heating and cooling...

systems.  Ms. [redacted]’s account was financed with Auto Now Financial Services. With regards to Ms. [redacted]’s statement the vehicle had 2 recalls, vehicle manufactures issue recalls on vehicles all the time.  Recall repairs are also free to the registered owner at time of recall.  Ms. [redacted] did call and set an appointment with our service department for May 2, 2014 and failed to show up for that appointment.  With regards to Ms. [redacted]’s desired settlement of returning the vehicle and voiding the contract.  We are more then willing to help Ms. [redacted].  We can differ the two payments that she is past due which the total is $433.32 so that her account is current.  If that does not satisfy her wants then she can return the vehicle to our Drive Now location at [redacted].  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at the number below. Thank you, [redacted]Regional Manager
