Hands down best dealership ever! I had a busted old Chrysler Sebring that overheated on my way to work and I was about to lose my job because I couldn't make it. I was met by Rick in the parking lot and he was as friendly as can be. I told him I was flat broke and only had my messed up car as a trade. He not only worked a deal for me but the car he put me into is more than anything I could have imagend. The process took awhile because of my crappy credit and job history but Rick worked diligently to get me in a car assuring me he will make sure I get to work. This dealership actually cares about your situation and doesn't judge you for your mistakes. Would I buy again? See you in a few years to upgrade Rick! Would I recommend? You would be cheating yourself to go to any other dealership! Oh and p.s. Thanks to the Cactus Jacks next door for being so rude and telling me to leave and come back when I got my "[redacted] together"(within five minutes of being there)! Or else I wouldn't have my nice new car!

My wife has sent out numerous of emails and messages, including to Brian Jackson, and Arturo Viramontes, both upper management at Auto Action. She is still waiting to hear from them in regards to our experience at the dealership. Their salespeople and managers are deceitful and greedy. They care more about making "a sale " rather than human lives. I was sold a broken vehicle that could have cost me my life. The engine could have sparked a flame and blew up, while I was traveling down the highway going 75 mph. It puzzles me as to why they were determined to put me into this vehicle, (the death trap)and not the 1 my wife and I wanted. I witnessed several customers getting what they came there for. Is it because I'm African American and there's hidden resentment towards my race? My overall experience was degrading as a human being and as a man. I trusted the salesman and thought he had my best interest at hand.

My wife called their insurance provider and they do not compensate for anything. We was told that it was required to purchase their 90.00 insurance plan, in order to drive off the parking lot. If they are going to sale under false pretenses, at least they can do is provide mechanical coverage because what good does collision insurance do, if the vehicle is not operable within hours of purchasing it. Just because this dealership is a "buy here, pay here" we consumers are entitled and deserve the same quality vehicles as anywhere else. These automobiles carry precious cargo, human lives such as, children, women and parents.

I have photos to the inside of the overflow tank, I showed it to a mechanic with over 20 years of experience and he knew right off what was going on with the engine. So who is liable for distributing defective auto mobiles from this used car dealership?

From the looks of it, this was intentional and a gross violation of neglect!

On February 11, 2015  Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2008 Pontiac G6 VIN # [redacted] with 107,245 actual miles, with a 12 month 15,000 mile, whichever comes first, Limited Warranty (signedand on file). With regards to Mrs. [redacted] complaint that she...

purchased a vehicle with Victor [redacted] from Auto Action.  Mrs. [redacted] is the cosigner on the contract.  Mr. [redacted] is the primary on the application that they submitted.  Mrs. [redacted] also signed the Notice to Cosigner that explains that she is responsible for the payment if Mr. [redacted] fails to fulfill the obligations on the contract. Attached you will find the Credit Application, Notice to Cosigner(signed by Mrs. Reyna), Purchase Order, Finance Contract, Title and Registration Application and also the down receipt written to Mr. [redacted] when he purchase the vehicle.     We are not the MVD and do not know if a customer has a suspended license or not.  Mr. [redacted] purchased the vehicle knowingly with a suspended license without our knowledge.  We advise that Mrs. [redacted] has Mr. [redacted] come down together and sign the release form to remove Mr. [redacted] from the title.   This will allow Mrs. [redacted] to register the vehicle in her name.  If you have any questions feel free to contact me at the number below.Thank you,[redacted]Regional Manager###-###-####ext. Rick and Angel were very accommodating. Very nice and helpful. I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The auto action in Avondale, came and got a car was the most awesome place to get a car I recommend everyone to stop on by

I had a great experience at Auto Action in [redacted], AZ. Carlos V[redacted] gave phenomenal customer service upon entering the until I was finished. He took time and put forth effort to get me approved. I will recommend friends and family to Auto Action in [redacted], AZ.

Auto action was really helpful . they really helped out a lot on getting my first car

reviewing Mrs. [redacted] complaint, we would first like to apologize for any issues that she is having. We have made several attempts in the past few days to reach out to her to address these issues to no avail. We need Mrs. [redacted] to please contact Paul C[redacted] Director of Sales at [redacted](please leave a voice mail with best time to call) or by email at [redacted] Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this issue.

In an ongoing effort to try and resolve this issue we have decided to refund Mrs [redacted] he $850.00. We have cut a check and it is now waiting at the Drive Now office with the Sales Manager. Mrs. [redacted] has been informed and she is to pick up the check after 5:00pm. Again we thank you for the opportunity to resolve this issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Great Job at Glendale! My girlfriend was deny everywere we stop at Glendale thinking it's no way they are going to help. Randy was fantastic and the manager even took time to help us with the application and show us cars, We drove out in less than an hour on our new Malibu, Thanks Guys

Auto Action Avondale....I was very happy with the service provided in the Avondale location. I came in to look and was approved for a vehicle.

Joe at auto action in Chandler was great to deal with. Honest and up front about everything about our deal. Had all the paperwork ready to sign so the process was a little faster. In need of a car without to much hassle auto action Chandler is a good place to go.

The refund was already completed and customer has money back.  There were no physical threats made on our part.  Customer was threatening and swearing at our staff and they were told to calm down or they would be asked to leave property.

They was vey awesome no problems

With regard to Mr. [redacted] stating that he paid $520.00 on 1/20/2015.  We have looked into Mr. [redacted]'s complaint and have determined that the receipt that Mr. [redacted] has provided us has been altered to show $520.00 paid on 1/20/15 versus the true amount of $220.00 as shown on the original...

copy of his receipt.  Mr. [redacted] went into our Glendale payment center on 1/20/15 and made a cash payment of $220.00 for which he was provided a hand written and printed receipt for his payment.  Mr. [redacted] made no claims of paying a different amount on 1/20/15 until 5/15/15 when he again returned to our Glendale payment center and provided an altered copy of his receipt.  After investigating our records, Mr. [redacted]'s claim of missing money on his account is inaccurate and all monies that Mr. [redacted] has paid towards his account have been applied correctly. Attached you will find a copy of original receipt, altered receipt which Mr. [redacted] provided and his payment history which shows the $220.00 applied to his account on 1/20/2015.  If you have any questions feel free to contact me at the number below.[redacted]Regional Manager###-###-####
