I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This letter is in response to the letter you received from Action Now or Drive Now. Mr. [redacted] mention two deductible charges and it does not say that it would be charged as so, per item repaired. The $500.00 he said he waived, I was not given a loaner like the one the warranty says, I was never offered one. Now the offers for me to pick another vehicle how will that work. I paid them the down payment and monthly payments for the SUV already. I am not very happy with this company and feel they cannot be trusted and they will continue to rip me off.  I do understand that I purchased a vehicle from they because of the salesman’s promises and insuring me that this was a good vehicle for me, I had another appointment to see another car lot and he talked a good game for me to purchase this SUV, I even bought the salesman lunch because I believed him, it was all liars and they cannot be trusted. I would not feel good about doing business with them. I have called the finance office many of times and spoke to customer service reps that are very rude and asked to speak to the manager name [redacted], who was very rude and just demanded the payment and was not helpful, he upset me even more. I have been in and out the hospital and am ill with a deadly disease and to have to go through all of this to have a vehicle to get to work and the Doctor. The deal that they did with me was a big fraud, they are all lairs, and mean, businesses should not be able to operate a business like this. I have not refused to pay but I am not going to pay for something I do not have for more than 3 months, they did not even call to tell me what was wrong with the car and what the repaired. Therefore, to get another vehicle from them, how can I be sure that this will not happen again with another SUV?  I do not want to spend any more time on this problem. We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] to get copies of the documents that he has. We want to better understand the situation, so that we can address the issues he is claiming to have had. I have requested that he fax them to me at ###-###-####.

In good faith we are waiving deductible and repairing vehicle at no cost to customer.  Mr. [redacted] has been also given a loaner car to drive while repairs are being done.

After reviewing  Mrs. [redacted] complaint, we found that the vehicle was wrecked and came in on 8/4 and from that point the vehicle was sent to the body shop for repair. As we waited for the body shop to complete the repairs the customer repeatedly called and came by our office requesting the...

vehicle ASAP. We understand the urgency of the situation but being that it was with a third party, time of repairs was out of our control. We received the vehicle back from the body shop on 8/21/2015 but still needed to check it for any mechanical issues. At that point she claimed she could no longer wait and demanded the vehicle. It was explained that if she took the vehicle we could not be responsible for it mechanically, she took it regardless. Mrs [redacted] came back the next day stating there was a something leaking. Our Service Department  looked at it and realized it was a loose hose clamp so we tightened it. We would have gladly repaired any other mechanical issues associated with the accident if given the opportunity. That offer still stands but we would need the vehicle to do so. Karen A[redacted] our Assistant Collections Manager has reached out to Mrs. [redacted] on 10/07/2015 and scheduled a time to drop off the vehicle. The vehicle is now in our Service Department being diagnosed. We will stay in contact and give Mrs. [redacted] updates as we get them. Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this complaint.

My husband and I needed a bigger car so we went to auto action and the whole 500 $ down is balogna. We paid 1, 200. Which is still fine. Other places wouldve wanted more. So we got the car. First everything was great. Mention we got the car in april of this year, thr next day the check engine light was on, the car wouldn't start. We took it to the shop and told them the cabels were bad ( completely exposed ) no rubber or whatever it is aeound it. So we took it in. Shockingly they put a new alternator which I was happy about. Now the cars over heating and what do you know, the car is having troible starting. Come to find oit they just put black electric tape around cables and its completely burnt. We had taken a drive and everything just starts flickering (radio, lights, engine llight)so ee have to pull over . Mess with cables than drive a couple miles just to have to do it all over again, so when we call and ask to have it towed to tge shop they say we have to pay and we will get our money back in 3-4 days (that's alright) but than when we ask about a rental they tell us we only get a rental if they have the car for more than 3 days. So those 3 days I'm with out a car to go to work. Even though the man that helped us getting the car told us that If the cae had any problems thag we would get a rental. I am very dissapointed about there advertisement and lies they tell to get you in a car. I do not reccommend anyone going. 10, 000 more dollars for this hunk of junk. Very dissapointed.

Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase a car here or at their affiliate, Auto Action. They sell you nothing but overpriced, jimmy-rigged cars that they say have gone through an inspection but they really haven't. I bought a car from them nine months ago, and ever since I've had it, it's been nothing but problems. Every time I've tried to get it fixed, the dealership has always given me the runaround. In less than a year I've replaced/repaired the tires, the a/c (3 times), the motor mounts, the starter, the alternator, and now the transmission is going out. With all the problems I'm having with this car, I'm just going to have it repossessed and go somewhere else. It will be a pain in the behind trying to rebuild my credit, but it beats having to deal with these people. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The service at Auto Action in avondale az was so fantastic. They helped my family and I get out of a tight spot and into a brand "new to you" mini van, they were able to work with my credit and even set easy to make payments!! I am thoroughly impressed with my options and the warranty they gave us is perfect for a used vehicle.

We have made every effort to assist Mrs. [redacted].  We waived her deductible and repaired vehicle free of charge.  We also are standing by our offer for her to come down and pick out a different vehicle.  That is up to Mrs. [redacted].  As a company there is nothing more to offer we have been more then fair and have offered to help even after non-payment.

We have offered to repair body damage done by blow out and also replace all 4 tires with brand new tires.  Tires are not under warranty but in good faith we are willing to do this to help Mrs. [redacted].  Attached you will find the warranty Mrs. [redacted] signed.  If you have any questions feel free to contact me at the number below. [redacted]

We have spoken with [redacted] and have worked out a payment plan for her.  [redacted] is satisfied at this time.

Great experience at the [redacted] location!!!! Friendly professional people! Got me in the car I wanted with a great deal!!!

Auto action of [redacted] was a great experience. Very good customer service,fast and easy approval. I will recommend [redacted] store to family and friends.

With regards to Mrs. [redacted] vehicle that did experience a break down.  Mrs. [redacted] signed a warranty that has a $250.00 deductible per item.  We did repair the transmission and the A/C which would of been a $500.00 deductible.  Mrs. [redacted] refused to pay the deductible so I...

waived it and she still never came to pick up her vehicle after repairs were done.  Once again like we have prior I would like to offer Mrs. [redacted] the option to come down and pick out another vehicle that she would feel comfortable with.  Mrs. [redacted] can go back to the [redacted] location to select the new vehicle. Today at Auto Action on[redacted] I got help from Angel and he was a great help and was willing to go over and beyond to assist me with the car I was interested in.

I went in on the location on [redacted] and the lady there, I belive her name was angie or nancy, she made me feel so welcomed the second I walked in to the store . she was so helpful, I was in and out of there in no time! I would recomend going to that location!!!

auto action has treated me with respect. the sales man joe over exceeded my expectation and is funny aslo. good vibes good people, there is nothing more exceptional than that. they are very kind respectful and they get you driving in the same day with only $500 down. wow what a place. I will be back for another vehicle :)

My name is [redacted] and I came to auto action in avodale looking to get into a car. Tony and richard are great guys and made it easy, worked with me on my down payment, my trade in and was able to get me in a nice impala even with my bad credit. Thanks again to tony, richard, and auto action for getting me the vehicle I needed.

Spoke with customer today and vehicle was repaired.  Customer is satisfied.

After reviewing Mrs. [redacted] complaint, we would like to reassure Mrs. [redacted]  that we are a reputable company. Our A+ Accreditation with the Revdex.com will attest to that. We are here for our customers and we do apologize that you have had some issues arise. We will be glad to address each problem...

that you have outlined in your complaint.1. I checked with the Sales Manager Glen that was on duty the day Mrs. [redacted] purchased her car. He did confirm that the key was lost on that day. He claims that the locksmith had a couple of calls ahead of him, which made for a long wait.   Glen said he offered to try and find another vehicle but Mrs. [redacted] liked this one because of the low miles which is completely understandable.2. In response to the question of the car being advertised as an 2005 and not a 2007. I have attached a screen shot of a software called V12. V12 is our inventory management system which feeds all online advertising. It shows the vehicle as being advertised as a 2007.3. Regarding the mechanical issues let me be the first to apologize to Mrs. [redacted] and let her know that we are sorry she is having problems. As a company our policy is that every vehicle must be sent to our Service Department for a diagnostic check. At that point we will decide if it is indeed a warranted item that will require a $250 deductible or is it a good faith item that we will pay for. Our sales staff is trying to follow policy and send Mrs. [redacted] to the Service Department to get her in the hands of the experts for repair as the sales staff has no way to assist in any type of repair. If the vehicle is for some reason   beyond repair we would visit the possibility of switching vehicles but the process starts with our Service Department. Loaner vehicles are reserved for larger jobs that may take longer than three days and are by availability only. Here is the number for our Service Department [redacted] please have Mrs. [redacted] call and set up an appointment so that we can see what we need to do to help with these issues.4. With regard to the $7995 and $8995 I am not sure what “listing” Mrs. [redacted] is referring. I have attached a screen shot of our website showing that the only cars that have prices are our Manager’s Specials. They will all be priced ending in 88. So $4288,$5488, etc. The vehicle Mrs. [redacted] purchased was not a Manager’s Special so would not have had a price next to it. I used this as an example as I cannot get a screenshot of the website once a vehicle is sold it is removed automatically by the software but all units are priced the same way. Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this issue.
