I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I attempted to have a private exchange with the company. There was a bit more to the problem that was told after I filed my first complaint. The day after the accident I had to take the car for new tires and the shop informed me that the tires on the car were expired.  As the company stated in their reply they did replace 2 tires on the car they also told me that a they had performed a 100 pt inspection. one of the tires they replaces caused that accident. According to the [redacted] laws tires that are over 6 years old are expired therefor they would NOT pass a 100 pt inspection. Not only are the tires expired but they are 2 years older than the car. The tires on the car are 2005 tires 9 years old. The only resolution to this problem is a full refund of everything this company has cost me. There is no possible way to have a good business relationship with a company that continues to lie and put my safety at risk.  I have filed a complaint against the company with the Attorney Generals office and also hired an attorney. I have already lost 9 days of work dealing with this company and car problems at this point it is cheaper to pay an attorney to handle the problem.

As a company we never received this complaint so we could not of responded in a timely matter.  We have talked with Mrs. [redacted] and we are issuing a refund to her.  If you have any questions feel free to contact me at the number below. [redacted] ###-###-####

I have never gotten into a car note, my car before this car had blown a head gasket, so I took it in as a trade inat the time of sale all the salesman and customer service was goodI knew the kind of car I was getting was a little expensive for the make and model and yeart his company is a scam all around they follow no laws no rules. I make after taxes about a thousand dollars a month and the salesman added 200 dollars in my income to meet the requirementI. I took the car off the lot two days later I couldn't start it I called the customer service center and they couldn't get me an appointment for 3 weeksthis was ridiculous I had just left a lot with a new car and already I couldn't drive it after 2 daysso I personally paid someone to come help me in the parking lot at a Walmart fix the car I continue to make my car payment and pay insurance I understand cars have their maintenance but in the three years that I have owned my Mitsubishi Galant never once have I had to change my brakes 3 times in 3 months I found a leak in the brake fluid after taking the car off the lott there's an electrical problem when I tried to address is an electrical problem they tell me its not, my check engine light came on after 2 weeks of owning the carn now its 5 months later I have no car because the fuel pump went out and I don't have the money to fix it and pay them a car payment and insurance when I address the issue to auto action they said there's nothing they can do its not covered under the warranty when I said this is wrong you can't do this to people they say it doesn't stop me from selling cars every person there is rude very poor customer servicetheir mission is to have a car working until their warranty is up and then they take the car after it breaks down fix It and sell it again I get harassed from the manager oscar with a legal threats of taking money out of my paycheck this is ridiculous I wanna get a lawyer this is causing too much emotional stress on me I have a five year old child and 120 degree weather with no car now because of a scam please please please if you're considering getting a car from this business turn around and run you will not pay your car off Auto action makes it absolutely impossible

Please take the time to read this in its entirety .... I would give 0 stars if I could....... I have a 2007 GMC Acadia that I purchased from them ( I-17 van buren location) in may of this year 2015... After Ruben promised me that my last experience was a fluke ( I purchased from them in 2013 nothing but problems with the vehicle until I finally wrecked it) and he guaranteed this unit was inspected, fixed up, and a quality vehicle.. I agreed and signed on the dotted line... On the way home (about 25 miles) the engine light came on ... (apparently the 100 point inspection included resetting the engine light and lying about it*) come to find out it needed a transmission swap... Ouch that isn't something I want to here 1 day after purchase.... After 2 weeks of NO CAR or LOANER to get back and fourth from work I got it back :) !!! YAAAAY right? ...WELL Not so quick... the next morning it wont start without pumping the gas ferociously.... and about 24 hours later the engine light comes back on .... about this time I get a call from there "thugs" demanding payment on the vehicle ... I told them about not having the vehicle for weeks and I would not be paying for anytime I was without the vehicle..... They stated non-payment would result in repossession "you see why I call them thugs" I paid reluctantly and took my car to a mechanic .. "Worst mistake of my life" come to find out ... the car needs a fuel pump.. some engine balance switch.. new brakes... new tires... new struts... new shocks.. "NEW" transmission still throwing code "fishy"!! .... and it didn't even come with a spare tire :( .... all this included my quote (JUST TO BRING THE CAR TO SAFETY STANDARDS) was $2,700--- When I told the THUGS about this they stated and I quote "We can pick the car up if you like..BUT... You will be responsible for the balance due" ............ That's all I get after buying 2 cars from you!?!?! ... If you are looking to buy a working vehicle that will safely transport your family I suggest another company ... If you are an employee or a manager and you are reading this and you actually care (doubtful) ... you know who I am and you can contact me at anytime if you would like too work it out somehow ... most likely you will tuck your tail though and run as you have been doing now for 3 months..... I will be copying this and posting it on all sources of consumer feedback I can find EVERYDAY until I see it at the top of google.. and everytime someone types in Auto Action into a search engine all you will see is my post exposing them for who they really are!! Scam artist extraordinaire ... you guys Probably shouldn't have screwed over an SEO marketing genius... *This is my opinion of this company and I reserve the right to it* .... You are all heartless sg scam artists and I hope you all pay for your lack of morals and shady business model... thank you for your time .... Come pick up your crappy machine ... I left a smelly present in there for you!!! :)

Auto action in [redacted] was great customer service. Answered all my questions I had. I recomend them to everyone.

bought a vechile in avondale at the Auto Action. Sales were nice and explained things I asked.

We worked with tony at the avondale location. He was very helpful and helped us get in the perfect suv. We had the best experience and would recommend them to ANYONE!!

On November 1, 2014  Mrs. [redacted] purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Aveo VIN # [redacted] with 105,556 actual miles, with a 12 month 15,000 mile, whichever comes first, Limited Warranty(signed and on file). With regard to Mrs. [redacted] complaint that...

the vehicle was totaled in an accident and she does not want to pay a deficiency balance.  Mrs. [redacted] purchased the vehicle from Auto Action and it came with the AAAdvantage.  Per the AAAdvantage she has accident forgiveness.  What that does is forgives any balance left over after the insurance payout.  Mrs. [redacted] will not have a balance left after the insurance pay out.  If you have any questions feel free to contact me at the number below.Thank you,[redacted]Regional Manager

I can honestly say by far this is most respected, honest and caring dealership I dealt with. Not being from Arizona they took good care of me and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted, which made me a very happy customer. Great cars, even better service. Well organized, I believe Angel is the real deal!!I recommend everyone come to Auto action [redacted]!

Auto action [redacted] they are truth got my first car from then and its perfect get there while you can.

Had a great experience at Avondale location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The activity for September was reported in October, similarly, the activity for October was reported in November, November’s activity was reported in December, and December’s activity will be reported in January. We have confirmed that Mr. [redacted] activity was verified through Experian and is showing on his record through them.There are 3 major Credit Bureaus, Equifax, Experian, and Transunion. We report to Experian. It is possible that Mr. [redacted] was looking at one of the bureaus we do not report on. We apologize about any confusion. We would like Mr. [redacted] to know that each one of these bureaus offers one free credit report per year to consumers. He would have to contact them directly to request it. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
