I have reviewed the
response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAlthough they finally refunded, it was after phone calls, a dispute filed with my bank and filing a complaint on hereTo contradict the business statement that they didn't show it in there system, each time I called the rep acknowledged the order and said it showed cancelled.

For the record the item product page and details states that this item is sold individuallyYes it states that the it is a box of in the address link, BUT no where does it state that in the ad
I took this under review and found that the customer specified a PO Box as his shipping address but the order was shipped via *** so delivery was not possible The customer contacted us in late August to inquire as to the status of his order, at which point we realized what had occurred with
the shipment We tried to provide assistance to the customer but he began using obscene language while speaking with one of our agents We offered to have his order reshipped if the customer was willing to pay an additional shipping fee but the customer did not respond to our email from roughly one week ago Given that the customer has specified in this complaint that he would like a refund I have initiated one for him which will be process within the next business days The customer will receive an email notification from us once the refund has been completed

customer was under the impression that he will received a $600+ winch for the $cents he PaidClearly this was not the caseSince we acknowledged the customers disappointment we issued a full refund to the customer for the part and shipping chargesWe will NOT be shipping the customer a complete winch kitThe customer can call the mfg and confirm that the part number ordered- 90-is just a replacement part not a full winch kit

Clearly the link you provided states "box of 10" in the link itselfI notified the customer service rep from autoplicty in a email that I received out of spark plugs and his response was:
"Hi there,
I did some digging for this one and found out there was an error on the required order quantity, the website should have only allowed you to order a box of which would be a minimum order quantity of quantity 10, some how the website allowed you to order a single one, I have notified our IT department and they will have it fixed right away, please let me know if you wish to return what was delivered, thanksUnfortunately we will be unable to ship out since a single was orderedWe apologize for the inconvenience caused." (End e-mail) The website link has been changed since I bought the items, *** clearly admits fault in his own wordsImmediately after that I wrote *** back, explaining that I would like to return the items for a refundHe responded stating I must send a picture of the items sent, so I didI waited for return instructions and never received anyI wrote back again stating that I felt I was being stolen from if I could not return the items for a refund and once again, never heard back from ***Other websites sell the pack of spark plugs for a few dollars more than autoplicity is charging for a single, I thought I was getting a little bit of a deal, but now I have been ripped off by a long shotNever filed a Revdex.com complaint in my life, but autoplicity deserves to be called out, they misrepresent products, they won't allow returns, they won't address complaints, and they rip their customers off
